It is therefore recommended that the possibility be examined of establishing links with the Faculty of Engineering and the Physics Institute of the National Autonomous University of Mexico with a view to the participation of experts in the consideration of legal and technical issues relating to space law and their guidance in establishing the position that Mexico should adopt in that regard.

The consideration of a new agenda item, entitled " Practice of States and international organizations in registering space objects " , under the multi-year work plan for the period 2004-2007, will also contribute to implementing the recommendation of UNISPACE III relating to space law.
50- كما إن النظر في بند جديد من بنود جدول الأعمال عنوانه " ممارسات الدول والمنظمات الدولية في تسجيل الأجسام الفضائية " ، في نطاق خطة العمل المتعددة السنوات للفترة 2004-2007، سوف يسهم أيضا في تنفيذ توصية اليونيسبيس الثالث المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء.

37. The Legal Subcommittee noted with satisfaction that various international organizations had been invited by the Secretariat to report to the Subcommittee on their activities relating to space law and agreed that a similar invitation should be extended by the Secretariat for the forty-second session of the Subcommittee, in 2003.
37- ولاحظت اللجنة الفرعية القانونية بارتياح، أن الأمانة دعت منظمات دولية مختلفة إلى تقديم تقارير إلى اللجنة الفرعية عن أنشطتها المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء. واتفقت اللجنة الفرعية على أن تقدم الأمانة دعوات مماثلة بشأن دورتها الثانية والأربعين التي ستعقد في عام 2003.

The Committee noted the important role of international intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations and their contribution to its endeavours to promote the development of space law and endorsed the recommendation of the Subcommittee that such organizations should again be invited to report to the Subcommittee at its fifty-second session on their activities relating to space law.
210- ولاحظت اللجنة الدور الهام الذي تنهض به المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات غير الحكومية ومساهمتها في العمل على تطوير قانون الفضاء، وأقرّت توصية اللجنة الفرعية بأن تُدعى تلك المنظمات مجدّداً إلى تقديم تقارير عن أنشطتها المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء إلى اللجنة الفرعية في دورتها الثانية والخمسين.

16. The Working Group agreed that every effort should be made to encourage and promote the widest distribution of information on those and other activities on space law. Annex II
16- واتفق الفريق العامل على ضرورة بذل قصارى الجهود لتشجيع وترويج توزيع المعلومات بشأن تلك الأنشطة وغيرها من الأنشطة المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء على أوسع نطاق ممكن.

The view was expressed that adequate support, through the provision of both expertise and material and financial resources, was necessary to enable institutions to effectively conduct courses on space law.
108- وأُعرب عن رأي مفاده أنَّ من الضروري تقديم دعم واف، من خلال توفير الخبرة الفنية والموارد المادية والمالية، لتمكين المؤسسات من تنفيذ الدورات الدراسية المتعلقة بقانون الفضاء فعلياً.
