20. Article VI of the NPT obliged all States parties to pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to cessation of the nuclear arms race and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control.
20 - واستطردت قائلة إن المادة الخامسة من المعاهدة تلزم جميع الدول الأطراف بالتفاوض بحسن نية بشأن التدابير الفعالة المتعلقة بوقف سباق التسلح النووي ونزع السلاح الكامل في ظل مراقبة دولية صارمة وفعالة.

209. On 24 April 2014, the Marshall Islands filed an application instituting proceedings against India, accusing it of not fulfilling its obligations with respect to the cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date and to nuclear disarmament.
٢٠٩ - في 24 نيسان/أبريل 2014، أودعت جزر مارشال عريضة تقيم بها دعوى ضد الهند، متهمة إياها بعدم الوفاء بالتزاماتها المتعلقة بوقف سباق التسلح النووي في موعد مبكر وبنزع السلاح النووي.

The same intention was found in article VI of the Treaty, which set forth the undertaking of each of the Parties to pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date and to nuclear disarmament, and on a treaty on general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control.

Article VI of the NPT stipulates that all States must pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date and on a treaty on general and complete disarmament under strict and effective international control.
إذ تنص المادة السادسة من معاهدة عدم الانتشار على أنه يجب على جميع الدول أن تجري مفاوضات بحسن نية بشأن التدابير الفعالة المتعلقة بوقف سباق الأسلحة النووية في تاريخ قريب وبشأن معاهدة تتعلق بنزع السلاح العام والكامل تحت مراقبة دولية صارمة وفعلية.

٢١٤ - في 24 نيسان/أبريل 2014، أودعت جزر مارشال عريضة تقيم به دعوى ضد باكستان، متهمة إياها بعدم الوفاء بالتزاماتها المتعلقة بوقف سباق التسلح النووي في موعد مبكر وبنزع السلاح النووي.

Such a move should also not distract global attention from the obligations of nuclear-weapon States to undertake to pursue negotiations in good faith on effective measures relating to the cessation of the nuclear arms race at an early date and to nuclear disarmament.
ولا ينبغي لهذه الخطوة أيضا أن تصرف الاهتمام العالمي عن التزامات الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية بالشروع في السعي لإجراء مفاوضات حسنة النية بشأن إيجاد التدابير الفعالة المتعلقة بوقف سباق التسلح النووي ونزع السلاح النووي في أقرب وقت.

(b) After commencement of insolvency proceedings, the insolvency law should permit creditors and the insolvency estate to exercise a right of set-off permitted under general law and should exclude the exercise of that right of set-off from the application of provisions on stay and suspension of actions against the debtor and treatment of contracts.
(ب) ينبغي أن يسمح قانون الاعسار للدائنين ولحوزة الاعسار بأن يمارسوا، بعد بدء اجراءات الاعسار، أي حق مقاصة يسمح به القانون العمومي، وأن يستبعد حق المقاصة هذا من تطبيق الأحكام المتعلقة بوقف وتعليق الاجراءات المتخذة ضد المدين والأحكام المتعلقة بمعاملة العقود.

Reference was made in particular to the provisions on suspension of the procurement proceedings, to the various time limitation periods and to the requirement of notice of the review proceedings to all suppliers or contractors.
وأشير في هذا الصدد خاصة إلى اﻷحكام المتعلقة بوقف إجراءات الاشتراء ومختلف الحدود الزمنية وشرط إبلاغ إجراءات إعادة النظر إلى جميع الموردين أو المقاولين.
