21. At the recent session of the Committee, there had been serious and in-depth discussion of the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment and the preliminary draft protocol on matters specific to space assets.
21 - وأشار إلى أن الدورة الأخيرة للجنة شهدت نقاشا جادا ومتعمقا بشأن اتفاقية الضمانات الدولية على المعدات المنقولة والمشروع الأولي للبروتوكول المتعلق بالمسائل التي تخص الموجودات الفضائية.

The Subcommittee agreed that, with the modification of the titles of the item relating to the Unidroit protocol on matters specific to space assets and the item relating to space debris mitigation measures, all of the single issues/items for discussion currently on the agenda should be retained at its fifty-second session.
178- واتفقت اللجنة الفرعية على الإبقاء على كل ما هو مدرج حاليا في جدول الأعمال من مواضيع/بنود منفردة للمناقشة في دورتها الثانية والخمسين، مع تعديل عنوان البند المتصل ببروتوكول اليونيدروا المتعلق بالمسائل التي تخص الموجودات الفضائية وعنوان البند المتصل بتدابير تخفيف الحطام الفضائي.

The Working Group noted that the current text of the preliminary draft protocol on matters specific to space assets contained the following preambular paragraph: " Mindful of the established principles of space law, including those contained in the international space treaties under the auspices of the United Nations " .
22- ولاحظ الفريق العامل أن النص الراهن للمشروع الأولي للبروتوكول المتعلق بالمسائل التي تخص الموجودات الفضائية يحتوي في ديباجته على الفقرة التالية: " وإدراكاً منها للمبادئ الموضوعة لقانون الفضاء، بما فيها المبادئ المدرجة في معاهدات الفضاء الدولية تحت رعاية الأمم المتحدة " .
