2. Notes with concern that, owing to the late submission of the report on the financing of the Tribunal, the General Assembly did not have adequate time to properly consider it;
٢ - تلاحظ مع القلق أن التأخر في تقديم التقرير المتعلق بتمويل المحكمة لم يسمح للجمعية العامة بوقت كاف للنظر فيه بصورة ملائمة؛
