٥٣/١٤٤- اﻹعلان المتعلق بحق ومسؤولية اﻷفراد والجماعات وهيئات المجتمع في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها عالميا

1. Adopts the Declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, annexed to the present resolution;
١ - تعتمد اﻹعلان المتعلق بحق ومسؤولية اﻷفراد والجماعات وهيئات المجتمع في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها عالميا، المرفق بهذا القرار؛

The adoption of the Declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms constitutes a great event that has long been awaited by the international community.
إن اعتماد " اﻹعلان المتعلق بحق ومسؤولية اﻷفراد والجماعات وهيئات المجتمع في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها عالميا " يشكﱢل حدثا عظيما كان المجتمع الدولي ينتظره لفترة طويلة.

The Declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, Groups and Organs of Society to Promote and Protect Universally Recognized Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, which we adopted yesterday, is an expression of our determination to make further progress in the field of human rights.

Welcoming the draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms, as contained in the annex to its resolution 1998/7 of 3 April 1998,
وإذ ترحب بمشروع الاعلان المتعلق بحق ومسؤولية اﻷفراد والجماعات وأجهزة المجتمع في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها عالميا، والوارد في مرفق قرارها ٨٩٩١/٧ المؤرخ ٣ نيسان/أبريل ٨٩٩١،

In this context, the High Commissioner, following up the calls of the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights, has appealed to the working group of the Commission on Human Rights to complete as soon as possible the draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms.
وفي هذا السياق عمد المفوض السامي، واستجابة لدعوتي الجمعية العامة ولجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، إلى مناشدة الفريق العامل التابع للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان أن ينجز بأسرع وقت ممكن مشروع اﻹعلان المتعلق بحق ومسؤولية اﻷفراد والجماعات وأجهزة المجتمع في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها عالميا.

4. Urges each State to take any measures necessary within its own jurisdiction to ensure the security of all persons covered by the draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights who are being repressed, harassed or threatened throughout the world;
٤- تحث كل دولة على اتخاذ أي تدابير ضرورية في نطاق ولايتها لضمان اﻷمن لجميع اﻷشخاص الذين يشملهم مشروع اﻹعلان المتعلق بحق ومسؤولية اﻷفراد والجماعات وأجهزة المجتمع في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان المعترف بها عالمياً الذي يجري قمعهم أو إزعاجهم أو تهديدهم في شتى أنحاء العالم؛

8. Invites the General Assembly to adopt the draft declaration on the right and responsibility of individuals, groups and organs of society to promote and protect universally recognized human rights and fundamental freedoms, as contained in the annex to Commission on Human Rights resolution 1998/7 of 3 April 1998, at its fifty—third session;
٨- تدعو الجمعية العامة إلى أن تعتمد في دورتها الثالثة والخمسين مشروع اﻹعلان المتعلق بحق ومسؤولية اﻷفراد والجماعات وأجهزة المجتمع في تعزيز وحماية حقوق اﻹنسان والحريات اﻷساسية المعترف بها عالمياً، حسبما يرد في مرفق قرار لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان ٨٩٩١/٧ المؤرخ في ٣ نيسان/أبريل ٨٩٩١؛
