Administrative detention is regulated by the Code on the entry and Residence of Aliens and the Right of Asylum.
والاحتجاز الإداري تنظمه أحكام القانون المتعلق بدخول وإقامة الأجانب والحق في اللجوء.

6. The vigilance measures referred to in paragraph 10 of the resolution are being taken in pursuance of the Act of 15 December 1980 on access to the territory, stay and establishment therein, and expulsion therefrom, of aliens.
6 - وستتخذ تدابير الحذر المشار إليها في الفقرة 10 من القرار عملا بالقانون المؤرخ 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1980 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب إلى الإقليم، وإقامتهم واستقرارهم فيه، وإبعادهم عنه.

14. If that is not the case, an expulsion order is taken under article 3 of the law of 15 December 1980 concerning access to the territory and the stay, residence and expulsion of aliens.
14 - وإذا لم يكن الأمر كذلك، يتخذ تدبير بالإبعاد عملا بالمادة 3 من قانون 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1980 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب إلى الأراضي والمكوث أو الإقامة فيها وإبعادهم عنها.

- Law of 11 May 1998 concerning the entry and residence of foreigners in France and the right of asylum;
⋅ القانون المؤرخ ١١ أيار/ مايو ١٩٨٨ المتعلق بدخول اﻷجانب وإقامتهم في فرنسا وبحق الملجأ.

For this reason, on 11 November 2003, Morocco adopted Act No. 02.03 on Entry and stay of foreigners in the Kingdom and on illegal emigration and immigration.
وفي هذا الصــدد، اعتمــد المغــرب فــي 11 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2003 القانون 02-03 المتعلق بدخول وإقامة الأجانب في المملكة وبالهجرة غير المشروعة.

The detention of aliens may be ordered only on the grounds set out in the 2007 Act on the Admission and Rights of Residence of Third-Country Nationals (2007).
لا يجوز إصدار أمر باحتجاز شخص أجنبي إلا لأحد الأسباب المبينة في القانون المتعلق بدخول مواطني دولة أخرى وحقهم في الإقامة (2007).

9. The Act on the entry and residence of foreign nationals in Morocco and illegal emigration and immigration
9- القانون المتعلق بدخول وإقامة الأجانب بالمغرب وبالهجرة غير المشروعة

- Act 39 of 2001 on the entry and residence of aliens;
- القانون 39 الصادر عام 2001 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب وإقامتهم؛

1. To establish that in the procedure set by the Republic of Latvia Law " on the entry and Residence of Foreign Citizens and Stateless Persons in the Republic of Latvia " , the following persons have the right to request temporary residence permits:
١ - يحق، بموجب اﻹجراءات المحددة في قانون جمهورية لاتفيا المتعلق بدخول المواطنين اﻷجانب واﻷشخاص العديمي الجنسية جمهورية لاتفيا وإقامتهم فيها، لﻷشخاص التالية أن يطالبوا بتراخيص إقامة مؤقتة:

41. With regard to appeals available to foreigners detained prior to expulsion, the Act of 15 December 1980 on the entry, temporary and permanent residence and removal of aliens had been amended by the Act of 6 May 2009 establishing various provisions on asylum and immigration.
41- وفيما يتعلق بسبل الانتصاف المتاحة للأجانب المحتجزين قبل إبعادهم للاعتراض على شرعية احتجازهم وظروفه، عُدِّل القانون المؤرخ 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1980 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب أراضي البلد وإقامتهم واستوطانهم وإبعادهم، بالقانون المؤرخ 6 أيار/مايو 2009 المتعلق بمختلف الترتيبات الخاصة باللجوء والهجرة.

In the Republic of Hungary Act 32 of 1997 on the Border Guards and border guarding, and Act 39 of 2001 on the entry and residence of aliens, continue to provide the legal basis for the implementation of the relevant provisions of Security Council resolutions concerning restrictive measures against Iran.
وفي هنغاريا، لا يزال القانون 32 الصادر عام 1997 المتعلق بحرس الحدود وحراسة الحدود والقانون 39 الصادر عام 2001 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب وإقامتهم يشكلان الأساس القانوني لتنفيذ الأحكام ذات الصلة من قرارات مجلس الأمن بشأن التدابير التقييدية ضد إيران.

The Government reported on the entry into force of Act No. 02-03 relating to the entry and residence of foreigners in Morocco, and to illegal immigration, adopted in 2003.
وأشارت الحكومة إلى بدء نفاذ القانون رقم 02-03 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب إلى المغرب وإقامتهم فيها، وبالهجرة غير الشرعية، والمعتمد في عام 2003.

26. The decree on the entry into force of the Convention was published in the Official Gazette on 22 June 2011.
26- أما المرسوم المتعلق بدخول الصك حيز النفاذ، فقد نشر في الجريدة الرسمية للاتحاد بتاريخ 22 حزيران/يونيه 2011().

2. The legislation on the rights of asylum seekers and undocumented foreigners comprises a multitude of different laws, codified in the Code on the entry and Residence of Aliens and the Right of Asylum.
2- التشريع المتعلق بحقوق طالبي اللجوء و " من هم بدون أوراق الإقامة " مستمد من جملة من النصوص مدونة في القانون المتعلق بدخول وإقامة الأجانب والحق في اللجوء.

29. Act No. 02-03 on the entry and residence of foreign nationals in Morocco and illegal emigration and immigration prohibits the expulsion of foreigners who are minors and their removal from Morocco's frontiers.
29- يحظر القانون رقم 02-03 لعام 2003 المتعلق بدخول وإقامة الأجانب بالمغرب وبالهجرة غير المشروعة، طرد أي أجنبي قاصر أو اقتياده إلى حدود البلد.

Any person on the list who appears at the border would be refused access in accordance with article 3 of the Act of 15 December 1980 on access to the territory, stay therein, establishment and expulsion of aliens.
وإذا تقدم إلى الحدود شخص مذكور في القائمة، فإنه سيُمنع من الدخول وفقا للمادة 3 من قانون 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1980 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب إلى الإقليم وإقامتهم واستقرارهم فيه وإبعادهم منه

15. In some cases, the federal police may detain the alien for 24 hours under article 74/7 of the law of 15 December 1980 concerning access to the territory and the stay, residence and expulsion of aliens.
15 - وفي بعض الحالات، يمكن للشرطة الاتحادية أن تحتجز الأجنبي لمدة 24 ساعة عملا بالمادة 74/7 من قانون 15 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 1980 المتعلق بدخول الأجانب إلى الأراضي ومكوثهم أو إقامتهم فيها وإبعادهم عنها.

Act concerning the entry of Foreign Nationals into the Kingdom of Norway and Their Presence in the Realm (Immigration Act), No. 64 (24 June 1988) (as amended through Law 2005 06-10-50 with effect from 9 September 2005)
القانون المتعلق بدخول الأجانب إلى مملكة النرويج وحضورهم في المملكة (قانون الهجرة)، رقم 64 (24 حزيران/يونيه 1988) (بصيغته المعدلة بمقتضى القانون 2005 06-10-50 مع بدء النفاذ في 9 أيلول/سبتمبر 2005)

In accordance with Law No. 6 of 1986 relating to the entry, residence and departure of foreign nationals, illegal residents could be repatriated even after they had been in the country for several months or years.
ووفقاً للقانون رقم 6 لسنة 1986 المتعلق بدخول الرعايا الأجانب وإقامتهم ومغادرتهم يمكن إعادة المقيمين غير الشرعيين إلى أوطانهم حتى بعد أن يكونوا قد أقاموا في البلد لعدة شهور بل سنوات.
