My Government strongly believes that the cessation of violations of the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus could be a significant step in the right direction.
ولدى حكومتي اعتقاد راسخ بأن وقف انتهاكات المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص يمكن أن يشكِّل خطوة هامة في الاتجاه الصحيح.

It is hoped that the Government of Turkey will show restraint and will cease the violation of the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and contribute to the efforts to find a just and viable solution to the Cyprus problem on the basis of United Nations resolutions.

On the same day, from 1133 to 1214 hours, a formation of two Turkish Air Force fighter planes violated the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus again, entering the FIR of Nicosia without permission or prior notification.
وفي نفس اليوم ومن الساعة ١١٣٣ الى ١٢١٤، انتهك تشكيل من طائرتين مقاتلتين تابعتين لسلاح الطيران التركي المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص مرة أخرى ودخلتا اقليم استعلامات الطيران في نيقوسيا دون إذن أو إشعار مسبق.

At 1026 hours, two aircraft of the Turkish Air Force entered the flight information region (FIR) of Nicosia at point DOREN without permission and violated the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus at an altitude of under 1,000 feet, leaving at 1056.
في الساعة ١٠٢٦، دخلت طائرتان من سلاح الطيران التركي إقليم استعلامات الطيران في نيقوسيا عند نقطة دورين دون إذن وانتهكتا المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص على ارتفاع يقل عن ٠٠٠ ١ قدم وغادرتا الاقليم الساعة ١٠٥٦.

The CN-235 violated the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus flying over the area of Karpasia, before landing at 9:01 hours at the illegal airport of Tymbou in the occupied area of the Republic.
وقد انتهكت الطائرتان من طراز CN-235 المذكورة المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص بأن حلقتا فوق منطقة كرباسيا قبل أن تنزلا في الساعة 01/9 في مطار تيمبو غير الشرعي في المنطقة المحتلة.

Furthermore, Turkey's systematic attempts to undermine the sovereignty and unity of the Republic of Cyprus by promoting an illegal secessionist entity, arrogating to itself, inter alia, the right to control part of the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, further complicate the efforts to build trust and confidence between the two communities.

On 27 February, from 1320 hours to 1353 hours, six Turkish military planes violated the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the areas of Kyrenia, Morfou, Nicosia and Famagusta, and then landed at the illegal airport of Tymbou.
وفي ٢٧ شباط/فبراير، ومن الساعة ٢٠/١٣ الى الساعة ٥٣/١٣ انتهكت ست طائرات عسكرية تركية المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص بالطيران فوق مناطق كيرينيا ومورفو ونيقوسيا وفاماغوستا ثم هبطت في المطار غير القانوني في تيمبو.

On 1 September 1995, a formation of two Turkish Air Force fighter aircraft entered without permission the northern FIR of Nicosia at 1057 hours and violated the airspace of the Republic of Cyprus along the northern coast in a west-east direction, leaving at 1118 hours.

بنــاء علــى توجيهات مــن حكومتــي، وإلحاقــا برسالتي المؤرخة ٢١ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٨ A/52/875-S/1998/340)(، أتشرف بأن أوجه انتباهكم إلى الانتهاكات الجديدة التالية التي قامت بها طائرات حربية تابعة للقوات الجوية التركية في المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص ومنطقــة نيقوسيا للمعلومات عن الطيران، والتي سُجلت في ٢٤ نيسان/أبريل ١٩٩٨.

Upon instructions from my Government, I have the honour to refer to the letter dated 22 March 2006 addressed to you by the Greek Cypriot representative and circulated as a document of the General Assembly and of the Security Council (A/60/729-S/2006/177), which yet again contains allegations of violations of the " airspace of the Republic of Cyprus " and the flight information region (FIR) of Nicosia.

The other CN-235 taking off from the illegal airport of Lefkoniko violated the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus and overflew the occupied area of Mesaoria.
وقامت الطائرة الأخرى من طراز CN-235، التي أقلعـت من مطار ليفكونـيكو غير الشرعـي، بانتهاك المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص محلـِّـقة فوق منطقة ميساوريا المحتلة.

The aircraft in question violated the national airspace of the Republic of Cyprus, flying over the area of the Cape of Apostle Andreas before landing at the illegal airport of Lefkoniko in the occupied area of the Republic, whence it departed at 1124 hours of the same day, returning back to the Ankara FIR.
وانتهكت الطائرة المعنية المجال الجوي لجمهورية قبرص إذ حلقت فوق منطقة رأس الرسول أندرياس قبل أن تهبط في مطار لوفكونيكو غير الشرعي في المنطقة المحتلة من الجمهورية الذي غادرته في الساعة ٢٤/١١ من نفس اليوم عائدة إلى منطقة أنقرة لمعلومات الطيران.
