The following are some of the recommendations produced by the symposium on recreation in Jamahiri society:
وفيما يلي بعض التوصيات التي توصلت اليها الندوة التي عقدت حول الترفيه في المجتمع الجماهيري:

" The sons of Jamahiri society revere and preserve human life. The aim of Jamahiri society is to abolish the death penalty.
" أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري يقدسون حياة الإنسان ويحافظون عليها، وغاية المجتمع الجماهيري إلغاء عقوبة الإعدام.

As evidence of this, the Great Green Document on Human Rights enunciates the following principle: Jamahiri society guarantees the right to legal redress, the independence of the judiciary, and the right of every accused person to a fair and impartial trial.
وللتدليل على ذلك، فقد نصت الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان في المبدأ على أن المجتمع الجماهيري يضمن حق التقاضي واستقلال القضاء وأن لكل متهم الحق في محاكمة عادلة ونزيهة.

According to principle 14 of the Great Green Document, the society of the Jamahiriya is united in solidarity and guarantees its members a decent livelihood; it also ensures a high standard of health care for its members, caters for the welfare of mothers and children and protects the aged and the infirm.
كما نص المبدأ 14 من الوثيقة الخضراء على أن المجتمع الجماهيري متضامن، ويكفل لأفراده معيشة ميسرة كريمة، ويحقق لأفراده مستوى صحياً متطوراً. ويضمن رعاية الطفولة والأمومة، وحماية الشيخوخة والعجزة.

192. Article 3 of the Great Green Document on Human Rights states: “The members of the society of the Jamahiriya enjoy freedom of movement and residence in time of peace.”
٢٩١- المادة ٣ من الوثيقة الخضراء لحقوق اﻹنسان: " أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري أحرار وقت السلم في التنقل واﻹقامة " .

The society of the masses demands the destruction of nuclear, biological and chemical weapons and other means of mass destruction, as well as their stockpiling, and desires that mankind should free itself of nuclear power stations and the dangers posed by nuclear waste.
أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري يدعون إلى إلغاء الأسلحة الذرية والجرثومية والكيماوية ووسائل الدمار الشامل، وإلى تدمير المخزون منها، ويدعون إلى تخليص البشرية من المحطات الذرية وخطر نفاياتها.

" 2. The concept of home-based primary education is an advanced and humanitarian concept which is characteristic of the new Jamahiri society;
" 2- إن فكرة منزلية التعليم الابتدائي فكرة حضارية إنسانية من سمات المجتمع الجماهيري الجديد؛

Principle 14 of the Great Green Document on Human Rights in the Age of the Masses stipulates that Jamahiri society supports all those who have no means of support.
والمادة 14 من الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق الإنسان في عصر الجماهير التي أكدت على أن المجتمع الجماهيري ولي من لا ولي لـه.

(b) The tabling of bills or amendments to the laws in force that tie in with the directions in Jamahiri society with a view to achieving child protection and welfare.
(ب) عرض مشاريع القوانين أو تعديلات القوانين النافذة بما يتفق وتوجهات المجتمع الجماهيري لتحقيق حماية الطفولة ورعايتها.

(a) Jamahiri society is united in solidarity and guarantees child and maternal welfare;
(أ) المجتمع الجماهيري متضامن يضمن رعاية الطفولة والأمومة؛

Article 16 of the Great Green Document proclaimed Jamahiri society as a society of the good and of noble values, holding human ideals and principles sacred, condemning aggression, war, exploitation and terrorism, and making no distinction between the powerful and the powerless.
وقد أعلنت المادة ٦١ من الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى أن المجتمع الجماهيري هو مجتمع الخير والقيم النبيلة، والمجتمع الذي يتمسك بالمثل والمبادئ الانسانية، والذي يدين العدوان، والحرب، والاستغلال والارهاب، ولا يميز بين القوي والضعيف.

(n) Tapes for ideological training based on the principles of the new Jamahiri society;
)ن( أشرطة للتربية العقائدية، وتوجهات المجتمع الجماهيري الجديد؛

(b) Income is distributed relatively evenly among the members of Jamahiri society and the sharp distinctions between social strata have to some extent disappeared;
)ب( يتم توزيع الدخل بشكل متقارب فيما بين أفراد المجتمع الجماهيري وقد اختفت إلى حد ما الفروق الشاسعة ما بين فئات المجتمع؛

57. In accordance with Principle 21 of the Great Green Document on Human Rights in the Age of the Masses, all male and female members of Jamahiri society are equal in all human respects and discrimination between men and women is a flagrant injustice that cannot be justified.
٧٥- كما نصت الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق اﻹنسان في عصر الجماهير في المبدأ ١٢ بأن أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري متساوون رجالا ونساء في كل ما هو إنساني وان التفرقة بين الرجل والمرأة ظلم صارخ ليس له ما يبرره.

35. In accordance with the provisions of the Green Document and the Promotion of Freedom Act, the members of Jamahiri society protect and defend freedom throughout the world, supporting persons who are being persecuted in their quest for freedom and urging peoples to oppose injustice, tyranny, exploitation and colonialism.
٥٣- فأبناء المجتمع الجماهيري - طبقا لما هو مدون بالوثيقة الخضراء وقانون تعزيز الحرية - يحمون الحرية ويدافعون عنها في أي مكان من العالم ويناصرون المضطهدين من أجلها ويحرضون الشعوب لمواجهة الظلم والعسف والاستغلال والاستعمار.

" The members of Jamahiri society are free from the rental system. A house belongs to its occupant, and a house is sacrosanct although due attention must be paid to the rights of neighbours -'the neighbour who is of kin and the neighbour who is a stranger'.
" إن أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري أحرار من الايجار، فالبيت لساكنه، وللبيت حرمة مقدسة، على أن تراعى حقوق الجيران }@}الجار ذي القربى والجار الجنب{@{، وألا يستخدم المسكن فيما يضر بالمجتمع " .

38. In accordance with Principle 9 set forth in the Great Green Document on Human Rights in the Age of the Masses, which was promulgated on 29 November 1988, Jamahiri society guarantees the right of legal redress, as well as the independence of the judiciary and the right of every accused person to a fair and impartial trial.
٨٣- ونصت الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق اﻹنسان في عصر الجماهير الصادرة في ٩٢ تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر ٨٨٩١ في المبدأ التاسع على أن المجتمع الجماهيري يضمن حق التقاضي واستقلال القضاء ولكل متهم الحق في محاكمة عادلة ونزيهة.

76. Principle 7 of the Great Green Document on Human Rights in the Age of the Masses stipulates that the numbers of Jamahiri society are free in respect of their personal conduct and relationships, to the extent that no one may interfere in them unless a complaint is made by a party to the relationship or if the conduct or relationship harms or undermines society or is incompatible with its values.
٦٧- ونصت الوثيقة الخضراء الكبرى لحقوق اﻹنسان في عصر الجماهير في المبدأ السابع على أن أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري أحرار في تصرفاتهم الخاصة وعلاقاتهم الشخصية ولا يحق ﻷحد التدخل فيها إلا إذا اشتكى أحد أطراف العلاقة أو إذا كان التصرف أو العلاقة ضارة بالمجتمع أو مفسدة له أو منافية لقيمه.

The members of the society of the Jamahiriya reject any discrimination between human beings on grounds of their colour, sex, religion or culture. "
وأبناء المجتمع الجماهيري يرفضون التفرقة بين البشر بسبب لونهم أو جنسهم أو دينهم أو ثقافتهم " .

(b) Article 21 thereof, which states that the members of the society of the Jamahiriya, male and female alike, are equal in all human aspects.
(ب) نص البند الواحد والعشرون على أن أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري متساوون رجالا ونساء في كل ما هو إنساني؛

In addition, principle 4 of the Green Document stipulates that: “Citizenship in the society of the Jamahiriya is a sacred right which may not be abrogated or withdrawn.”
كما ينص المبدأ الرابع من الوثيقة الخضراء على أن: " المواطنة في المجتمع الجماهيري حق مقدس لا يجوز اسقاطها أو سحبها " .

The society of the masses considers that peace among united nations is the key to prosperity, well-being and harmony. It therefore demands that arms trafficking be eliminated and arms manufacture restricted, because such activities squander the wealth of societies and lead to increased tax burdens, and terrorize populations by wreaking havoc and destruction around the world.
أبناء المجتمع الجماهيري يؤمنون بأن السلام بين الأمم المتحدة كفيل بتحقيق الرخاء والرفاهية والوئام، ويدعون إلى إلغاء تجارة السلاح، والحد من صناعته لما يمثله ذلك من تبديد لثروات المجتمعات، وإثقال كواهل الأفراد بعبء الضرائب، وترويعهم بنشر الدمار والفناء في العالم.
