Another pressing problem is that of land disputes and the inconsistency between the Civil Code's regulation of property rights and the rights enshrined in the Convention.

672- تسلِّم اللجنة بالتحديات التي تواجه الدولة الطرف، ولا سيما الصراع الإثني والديني والأهلي القائم منذ أمد بعيد، والقيود الاقتصادية، بما فيها الفقر والبطالة وعبء الديون الثقيل، التي يمكن أن تكون قد أعاقت التقدم في اتجاه الإعمال الكامل لحقوق الطفل المجسدة في الاتفاقية.

8.2 In the light of this information, the Committee, acting through its Special Rapporteur on Interim Measures, addressed a note verbale to the State party on 17 October 2006, in which it recalled that failure to respect a call for interim measures of protection undermines protection of the rights enshrined in the Convention.
8-2 وفي ضوء هذه المعلومات، قامت اللجنة، متصرفة من خلال مقررها الخاص المعني بالتدابير المؤقتة، بتوجيه مذكرة شفهية إلى الدولة الطرف في 17 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر 2006 أشارت فيها إلى أن عدم احترام طلب اتخاذ تدابير الحماية المؤقتة إنما ينتقص من حماية الحقوق المجسدة في الاتفاقية.

89. Mr. Koubaa (Tunisia) said that, while " A world fit for children " had made a giant leap towards the full realization of children's rights and the principles enshrined in the Convention and its Optional Protocols, there was room for more efforts to make its commitments a reality.
89 - السيد قوبعة (تونس): قال على الرغم من أن وثيقة " عالم ملائم للأطفال " حققت قفزة هائلة صوب الإعمال الكامل لحقوق الأطفال وللمبادئ المجسدة في الاتفاقية وبروتوكوليها الاختياريين، فثمة مجال لبذل مزيد من الجهود لتحويل الالتزامات المبينة فيها إلى حقيقة.
