It should be recalled that it was Israel that was occupying Palestinian territory and Israel that had used internationally outlawed weapons to kill Palestinian children, women, the aged and other innocent persons in Gaza during the military aggression that it had carried out between December 2008 and January 2009.
ونبه إلى أن إسرائيل هي التي تحتل الأرض الفلسطينية وهي التي استعملت الأسلحة المحرمة دوليا لقتل أطفال فلسطين وشيوخها ونسائها والأبرياء في غزة خلال العدوان الذي شنته خلال الفترة من كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 2008 إلى كانون الثاني/ يناير 2009.
