4. The Fifth Committee recommends that the General Assembly appoint Agustin Gordillo (Argentina) and reappoint Dayendra Sena Wijewardane (Sri Lanka) as members of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal for a four-year term of office beginning on 1 January 2008.

At the same meeting, the Committee decided, by acclamation, to recommend to the General Assembly that it appoint Julio Barboza (Argentina) and Dayendra Sena Wijewardane (Sri Lanka) as members of the United Nations Administrative Tribunal for a four-year term of office beginning on 1 January 2004 (see para. 5).
