Stressing also the importance placed by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its fifty-seventh session on enhancing international cooperation in the identification and reporting of new psychoactive substances and incidents involving such substances,
وإذ تشدد أيضا على الاهتمام الذي أولته لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السابعة والخمسين لتحسين التعاون الدولي على تحديد المؤثرات العقلية الجديدة والإبلاغ عنها وعن الحوادث التي تتعلق بهذه المواد،

Recalling all resolutions adopted by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its fifty-seventh session,7
وإذ تشير إلى جميع القرارات التي اتخذتها لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السابعة والخمسين(7)،

At its sixty-seventh session, the General Assembly decided to convene, early in 2016, a special session of the Assembly on the world drug problem, following the high-level review of the progress made in the implementation by Member States of the Political Declaration and Plan of Action, which will be conducted by the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its fifty-seventh session.
وفي الدورة السابعة والستين، قررت الجمعية العامة أن تعقد في أوائل عام 2016 دورة استثنائية للجمعية العامة بشأن مشكلة المخدرات العالمية، عقب الاستعراض الرفيع المستوى للتقدم الذي أحرزته الدول الأعضاء في تنفيذ الإعلان السياسي وخطة العمل الذي ستجريه لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السابعة والخمسين.
