8. Also requests the Executive Director of the Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention to report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session on the implementation of the present resolution.
8- تطلب أيضا الى المدير التنفيذي لمكتب مراقبة المخدرات ومنع الجريمة أن يرفع تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين.

4. Requests the Executive Director of the Office for Drug Control and Crime Prevention to submit to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session a report on the implementation of the present resolution.
4- يطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي لمكتب مراقبة المخدرات ومنع الجريمة أن يقدم إلى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين تقريرا عن تنفيذ هذا القرار.

12. Calls upon the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to submit to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session a report on the progress made in the implementation of the present resolution.
12- تطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يقدم إلى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار.

7. Requests the Executive Director to continue to strengthen the Global Assessment Programme on Drug Abuse in order to develop minimum methodological criteria that make possible the collection and comparison of data at the national and international levels and to submit to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session a report on progress achieved in that regard;
7- تطلب الى المدير التنفيذي أن يواصل تعزيز البرنامج العالمي لتقدير مدى ظاهرة تعاطي المخدرات لأجل وضع معايير منهجية دنيا تمكِّن من جمع البيانات والمقارنة بينها على الصعيدين الوطني والدولي، وأن يقدم الى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين تقريرا عن التقدم المحرز في هذا الصدد؛

18. Requests the Executive Director of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme to present a report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session on the possibilities for innovative funding mechanisms and the results of mainstreaming development-oriented drug control mechanisms within international development efforts.
18- تطلب من المدير التنفيذي لبرنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات أن يقدم تقريرا إلى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين عن إمكانيات استحداث آليات تمويلية ابتكارية وعن نتائج إدماج الآليات ذات الوجهة الانمائية لمكافحة المخدرات في صميم الجهود الانمائية الدولية.

3. Recognizes the role of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme in developing action-oriented strategies to assist Member States to implement the Action Plan for the Implementation of the Declaration, and requests the Executive Director of the Programme to report to the Commission on Narcotic Drugs at its forty-sixth session on the follow-up to the Action Plan;
3 - تسلم بدور برنامج الأمم المتحدة للمراقبة الدولية للمخدرات في وضع استراتيجيات عملية المنحى لمساعدة الدول الأعضاء في إنفاذ خطة العمل لتنفيذ الإعلان، وتطلب إلى المدير التنفيذي للبرنامج أن يقدم إلى لجنة المخدرات في دورتها السادسة والأربعين تقريرا عن متابعة الخطة؛
