The purpose of the clean development mechanism shall be to assist Parties not included in Annex I in achieving sustainable development and in contributing to the ultimate objective of the Convention, and to assist Parties included in Annex I in achieving compliance with their quantified emission limitation and reduction commitments under Article 3.
2- يكون الغرض من آلية التنمية النظيفة هو مساعدة الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول على تحقيق التنمية المستدامة والإسهام في الهدف النهائي للاتفاقية، ومساعدة الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول على الامتثال لالتزاماتها بتحديد وخفض الانبعاثات كميا وفقاً للمادة 3.

To assess the extent to which the registry requirements contained in the annex to decision -/CMP.1 (Modalities for the accounting of assigned amounts) and any decisions by the COP/MOP have been adhered to, and to assist Parties included in Annex I in meeting their commitments;
(ب) تقييم مدى التقيد باشتراطات السجل الواردة في مرفق المقرر -/م أ إ-1 (طرائق المحاسبة المتعلقة بالكميات المخصصة) وبأي مقررات صادرة عن مؤتمر الأطراف عاملاً بوصفه اجتماع الأطراف في بروتوكول كيوتو، ومساعدة الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول على الوفاء بالتزاماتها؛

To assist Parties included in Annex I in improving their reporting of information under Article 7 and the implementation of their commitments under the Protocol;
(ج) مساعدة الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول على تحسين عملية إبلاغها عن المعلومات بموجب المادة 7 وتنفيذ التزاماتها بموجب البروتوكول؛

Urges Parties included in Annex I to implement the guidelines as soon as possible.

Urge Parties included in Annex I to the Convention (Annex I Parties) to:

To assist Parties included in Annex I to ensure and improve the quality of their inventories.
(د) مساعدة الأطراف المدرجة في المرفق الأول على ضمان وتحسين نوعية بيانات قوائم الجرد الخاصة بها.

To assist Parties included in Annex I to improve their reporting of information under Article 3, paragraph 14;
