19 - دعا المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في قراره 1999/62 جميع الحكومات المهتمة واللجان الإقليمية والوكالات المتخصصة والمنظمات الدولية المعنية، إلى إيلاء الاعتبار التام لتوصيات اللجنة، لدى وضع المدونات والأنظمة الملائمة أو استكمالها.
