The Group recognizes that there is a genuine need to diminish the role of nuclear weapons in strategic doctrines and security policies to minimize the risk that these weapons will ever be used and to facilitate the process of their total elimination.
وتسلم المجموعة بأن هناك ضرورةً حقيقيةً لتقليص دور الأسلحة النووية في المذاهب الاستراتيجية والسياسات الأمنية من أجل تقليل احتمال استعمال تلك الأسلحة في يوم من الأيام وتسهيل عملية إزالتها بشكل كامل.

Operative paragraph 2 of the draft resolution recognizes that there is a genuine need to diminish the role of nuclear weapons in strategic doctrines and security policies in order to minimize the risk that these weapons will ever be used, and to facilitate the process of their total elimination.
وفي الفقرة 2 من المنطوق، يسلم مشروع القرار بوجود حاجة حقيقية إلى تقليص دور الأسلحة النووية في المذاهب الاستراتيجية والسياسات الأمنية من أجل التقليص إلى أدنى حد من خطر اللجوء في أي وقت إلى استعمال هذه الأسلحة وتيسير عملية إزالتها بالكامل.

We believe that there is a genuine need to diminish the role of nuclear weapons in strategic doctrines and security policies of Member States to minimize the risk that those weapons will ever be used and to facilitate the process of their total elimination.
ونعتقد بأن هناك حاجة أصيلة لتقليل دور الأسلحة النووية في المذاهب الاستراتيجية والسياسات الأمنية لعدد من الدول الأعضاء بغية تقليل مخاطر استخدام تلك الأسلحة في أي وقت إلى الحد الأدنى ومن أجل تسهيل عملية القضاء التام عليها.

4. Recognizes that there is a genuine need to diminish the role of nuclear weapons in strategic doctrines and security policies to minimize the risk that these weapons will ever be used and to facilitate the process of their total elimination;
4 - تسلم بوجود حاجة حقيقية إلى التقليل من شأن الدور الذي تؤديه الأسلحة النووية في المذاهب الاستراتيجية والسياسات الأمنية من أجل التقليص إلى أدنى حد من خطر اللجوء في أي وقت إلى استعمال هذه الأسلحة وتيسير عملية إزالتها إزالة تامة؛

2 - تسلم أيضا بوجود حاجة حقيقية إلى التقليل من شأن الدور الذي تؤديه الأسلحة النووية في المذاهب الاستراتيجية والسياسات الأمنية من أجل التقليص إلى أدنى حد من خطر اللجوء في أي وقت إلى استعمال هذه الأسلحة وتيسير عملية إزالتها إزالة كاملة؛

4 - تسلم بوجود حاجة حقيقية إلى التقليل من شأن الدور الذي تؤديه الأسلحة النووية في المذاهب الاستراتيجية والسياسات الأمنية من أجل التقليص إلى أدنى حد من خطر اللجوء في أي وقت إلى استعمال هذه الأسلحة وتيسير عملية إزالتها إزالة كاملة؛

11. The Group expresses its concerns about strategic defence doctrines of NWS and a group of States which set out rationales for the use or threat of use of nuclear weapons, and in this regard, there is therefore a genuine and urgent need to eliminate the role of nuclear weapons in strategic doctrines and security policies to minimize the risk that these weapons will ever be used and to facilitate the process of their elimination.
11- وتعرب المجموعة عن قلقها إزاء مذاهب الدفاع الاستراتيجي التي تقول بها الدول الحائزة للأسلحة النووية ومجموعة من الدول التي أوجدت أسساً منطقية لاستخدام الأسلحة النووية أو التهديد باستخدامها، وفي هذا الصدد، ثمة بالتالي حاجة حقيقية وملحة إلى إلغاء دور الأسلحة النووية في المذاهب الاستراتيجية والسياسات الأمنية وذلك للتقليل إلى أدنى حد من خطر استعمال هذه الأسلحة في أي وقت ولتسهيل عملية إزالتها.
