7 - يطلب إلى الأمين العام أن يواصل استعراض الحالة وأن يساعد النساء الفلسطينيات بجميع السبل المتاحة، بما فيها السبل الواردة في تقريره(13)، وأن يقدم إلى لجنة وضع المرأة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تقريرا، بما في ذلك المعلومات المقدمة من اللجنة الاقتصادية والاجتماعية لغرب آسيا، عن التقدم المحرز في تنفيذ هذا القرار.

At its 42nd meeting, on 24 July 2007, the Economic and Social Council decided to transmit for information to the commemorative high-level plenary meeting devoted to the follow-up to the outcome of the special session on children, the agreed conclusions on the elimination of all forms of discrimination and violence against the girl child adopted by the Commission on the Status of Women at its fifty-first session.
قرر المجلس الاقتصادي والاجتماعي في جلسته 42 المعقودة في 24 تموز/يوليه 2007 أن يحيل قصد الإعلام، إلى الاجتماع العام التذكاري الرفيع المستوى المكرس لمتابعة نتائج الدورة الاستثنائية المعنية بالطفل، الاستنتاجات التالية المتفق عليها بشأن القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز والعنف ضد الطفلة التي اعتمدتها لجنة وضع المرأة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين().

In this context, the Commission on the Status of Women at its fifty-first session, adopted its resolutions 51/1 on women, the girl child and HIV/AIDS, 51/2 on ending female genital mutilation, and 51/3 on forced marriage of the girl child, calling upon all States and organizations of the United Nations system to strengthen advocacy and other measures to address all forms of violence and other forms of discrimination against the girl child.
وفي هذا السياق، اتخذت لجنة وضع المرأة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين قراراتها 51/1 بشأن المرأة والطفلة وفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/متلازمة نقص المناعة المكتسب (الإيدز)، و 51/2 بشأن إنهاء تشويه الأعضاء التناسلية للأنثى، و 51/3 بشأن زواج الطفلة بالإكراه، ودعت جميع دول ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة إلى تكثيف الدعوة وغيرها من التدابير لمعالجة جميع أشكال العنف وأشكال التمييز الأخرى ضد الطفلة.
