151. The Committee is concerned at the slow pace of the State party in establishing an efficient coordination mechanism between relevant ministries, as well as between central and local authorities, in the implementation of policies for the promotion and protection of the rights of the child.

335. The Committee is also concerned at the insufficient measures adopted to ensure effective coordination between different governmental departments competent in the areas covered by the Convention, as well as between central and local authorities.
٣٣٥ - وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق أيضا إزاء عدم كفاية التدابير المتخذة لضمان التنسيق الفعال بين مختلف اﻹدارات الحكوميــة المختصة فــي الميادين المشمولة بالاتفاقية، وبين السلطات المركزية والسلطات المحلية.

Such efforts should be pursued in close cooperation with community and religious leaders and non-governmental organizations, at all levels of the State, that is, national, regional, zonal and woreda levels, and special emphasis should be placed on the need to coordinate the policies designed to implement the Convention between central and local authorities.

334. The Committee recommends that the State party establish or appoint a single permanent body, which is adequately mandated and resourced, to coordinate implementation of the Convention at the national level, including by effectively coordinating activities between central and local authorities and cooperating with NGOs and other sectors of civil society.

The most relevant project in this field concerns a National Network on violence against women, aimed at activating a free call center, available full-time in many languages, for women victims of violence promoting joint actions by central and local authorities in cooperation with relevant associations.
ويتعلق أهم المشاريع في هذا الميدان بشبكة وطنية متعلقة بمسألة العنف ضد المرأة، تهدف إلى تفعيل مركز لاستقبال اتصالات هاتفية مجانية متاحة طوال الوقت بلغات كثيرة لخدمة ضحايا العنف من النساء، وتعزيز إجراءات مشتركة تتخذها السلطة المركزية والسلطات المحلية بالتعاون مع الرابطات المعنية.

While noting the establishment of the Management and Coordination Agency and the Committee for the Promotion of Youth Policy, the Committee is nevertheless concerned about their limited mandate and the insufficient measures adopted to ensure effective coordination between different governmental departments competent in areas covered by the Convention, as well as between the central and local authorities.
