The Committee further recommends that the State party enact and implement a comprehensive law reflecting substantive equality of women with men in both public and private spheres of life.
وتوصي اللجنة كذلك الدولة الطرف بسنّ وتطبيق قانون شامل يعكس تحقيق المساواة الموضوعية بين المرأة والرجل في مجالات الحياة العامة والخاصة.

583. The Committee recommends that the State party enact and implement comprehensive laws guaranteeing the substantive equality of women with men in both the public and private sectors, especially in regard to equal pay and equal opportunity in employment.
