Speakers reiterated the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
وأعاد المتكلّمون التأكيد على مبادئ المساواة في السيادة والسلامة الإقليمية للدول وعدم التدخّل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول الأخرى.

1. States Parties shall carry out their obligations under this Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and that of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
1 - تنفذ الدول الأطراف التزاماتها بموجب هذه الاتفاقية بطريقة تتوافق مع مبادئ المساواة في السيادة والسلامة الإقليمية للدول، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول الأخرى.

In particular, governmental experts shall bear in mind article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention, which states that States parties shall carry out their obligations under the Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.

The Special Committee should continue to explore the possibility of developing multilaterally negotiated guidelines for the protection of civilians, which would need to be agreed by all Member States and would not absolve host countries of their responsibilities or flout the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of all States.

Recalling article 4, paragraph 1, of the United Nations Convention against Corruption which states that States parties shall carry out their obligations under the Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and that of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.

The mechanism is to be established in accordance with article 32, paragraphs 3 and 4, of the Convention and pursuant to article 4, paragraph 1, of the Convention, which states that States parties shall carry out their obligations under the Convention in a manner consistent with the principles of sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and of non-intervention in the domestic affairs of other States.
2- وينبغي إنشاء الآلية عملا بالفقرتين 3 و4 من المادة 32 من الاتفاقية وعملا بالفقرة 1 من المادة 4 من الاتفاقية، التي تنص على أن تؤدِّي الدول الأطراف التزاماتها بمقتضى هذه الاتفاقية على نحو يتفق مع مبدأي المساواة في السيادة والسلامة الإقليمية للدول، ومع مبدأ عدم التدخّل في الشؤون الداخلية للدول الأخرى.

With regard to the implementation of the draft Convention, due regard must be paid to the provisions on respect for the sovereign equality and territorial integrity of States and non-interference in the domestic affairs of States.
