كما تُفرض قيود على تنقلهم داخل الأرض الفلسطينية المحتلة فيما يتعلق، مثلاً، بالوصول إلى المسجد الإبراهيمي/ضريح الأولياء في الخليل وكنيسة المهد في بيت لحم.

Recalling Security Council RESOLUTION NO. 904 (1994) on the Massacre in the precinct of the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil;
وإذ يستذكر قرار مجلس الأمن رقم 904 (1994) الخاص بمجزرة حرم المسجد الإبراهيمي في مدينة الخليل.

113. The Conference requested the Member States to coordinate and intensify their efforts in the various international forums in order to prevent the implementation of the Israeli scheme to partition the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil; allow Muslim worshippers to enter the mosque; and preserve the Ibrahimi Haram as a Muslim mosque, just as it has always been throughout the centuries.
113- طلب من الدول الأعضاء تنسيق وتكثيف جهودها في مختلف المحافل الدولية من أجل منع تنفيذ مخطط إسرائيل الخاص بتقسيم المسجد الإبراهيمي في مدينة الخليل والسماح للمصلين المسلميـن بدخولـه، والحفاظ على الحرم الإبراهيمي باعتباره مسجداً خاصاً بالمسلمين كما كان عبر القرون.

6. Requests Member States to coordinate and intensify their efforts in the various international fora to prevent the implementation of the Israeli scheme for partitioning the Ibrahimi Mosque in AlKhalil, to ensure access to it for Muslim worshippers and preserve the integrity of the Ibrahimi Enclosure as a Mosque for Muslims only as it has been through the ages.
7 - يطلب من الدول الأعضاء تنسيق وتكثيف جهودها في مختلف المحافل الدولية من أجل منع تنفيذ مخطط إسرائيل الخاص بتقسيم المسجد الإبراهيمي في مدينة الخليل والسماح للمصلين المسلميـن بدخولـه، والحفاظ على الحرم الإبراهيمي باعتباره مسجداً خاصاً بالمسلمين كما كان عبر القرون.

3. Strongly condemns the repeated Israeli aggressions against the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al- Khalil, in particular, the massacre perpetrated by the settlers against Palestinian worshippers in the Enclosure of the Ibrahimi Mosque in Ramadan 1414H killing tens of martyrs.
3 - يدين بشدة الاعتداءات الإسرائيلية المتكررة على المسجد الإبراهيمي في مدينة الخليل وخاصة المجزرة التي نفذها المستوطنون ضد المصلين الفلسطينيين في حرم المسجد الإبراهيمي خلال شهر رمضان 1414هـ والتي أدت إلى استشهاد العشرات.

4. Strongly condemns also the aggressive Israeli scheme for the partition of the Enclosure of the Ibrahimi Mosque in Al-Khalil, which aims at seizing and judaizing most of it and building a Synagogue therein, which constitutes an aggression against Islamic Holy Places and feelings and a violation of all international Conventions and Charters, in particular the Fourth Geneva Convention of 1949.
4 - يدين بشدة أيضا المخطط العدواني الإسرائيلي الخاص بتقسيم حرم المسجد الإبراهيمي في مدينة الخليل، والذي يهدف إلى اقتطاع الجزء الأكبر منه وتهويده وإقامة معبد يهودي مكانه، مما يعد اعتداء على مقدسات المسلمين ومشاعرهم وانتهاكا لكافة الاتفاقيات والمواثيق الدولية وخاصة اتفاقية جنيف الرابعة لعام 1949م.

33. Hebron, the second largest city in the West Bank, is the location of the Ibrahimi Mosque/Tomb of the Patriarchs - considered to be the burial place of Abraham/Ibrahim, Isaac, and Jacob and their wives Sarah, Rebecca and Leah - and is of great significance for many Muslims, Jews and Christians.
33- وتضم مدينة الخليل، وهي ثاني أكبر مدن الضفة الغربية، المسجد الإبراهيمي/ضريح الأولياء، الذي يعتبر المكان الذي دفن فيه الأنبياء إبراهيم، وإسحاق، ويعقوب، وزوجاتهم سارة، ورفقة، وليئة، وهي مدينة تكتسي أهمية كبرى بالنسبة للمسلمين واليهود والمسيحيين.

35. During the reporting period, Israeli authorities left only one entrance only for local residents and visitors of at least six main routes that lead to the section of the Ibrahimi Mosque/Tomb of the Patriarchs reserved for Muslim prayers.
35- وخلال الفترة المشمولة بالتقرير، لم تكن السلطات الإسرائيلية تحتفظ سوى بمدخل واحد يسلكه المقيمون والزوار من أصل ستة طرق رئيسية على الأقل تؤدي إلى الجزء المخصص للمصلين المسلمين في المسجد الإبراهيمي/ضريح الأولياء.

They also voiced their concern over the fact that the settlers regularly use the yards of the Ibrahimi Mosque/Tomb of the Patriarchs for celebrations, such as weddings or Bar Mitzvahs).
وأعربت أيضاً عن قلقها إزاء قيام المستوطنين بانتظام باستخدام ساحات المسجد الإبراهيمي/ضريح الأولياء لإقامة احتفالاتهم، مثل الأعراس أو حفلات `البار متسفا` (بلوغ الولد).
