The undertaking, signed by the person making it and witnessed, as appropriate, by the Prosecutor, the Deputy Prosecutor, the Registrar or the Deputy Registrar, shall be filed with the Registry and kept in the records of the Court.
يُحتفظ، في قلم المحكمة وفي سجلاتها، بالتعهد الموقَّع من الشخص الذي قدمه والذي كان شاهدا عليه، حسب الاقتضاء، المدعي العام أو نائب المدعي العام أو المسجل أو نائب المسجل.

In exercising that authority, the President, the Registrar and the Prosecutor shall seek to ensure, having regard to the circumstances, that all necessary safety and security arrangements are made for staff carrying out the responsibilities entrusted to them.
