Jordan is also a signatory to the Supplementary Convention on the Abolition of Slavery, the Slave Trade and Institutions and Practices Similar to Slavery and to the International Labour Organization (ILO) Forced Labour Convention, 1930 (No. 29) and the ILO Abolition of Forced Labour Convention, 1957 (No. 105).
كما أن الأردن موقع على الاتفاقية الملحقة لإلغاء الرق وتجارة الرق " الأعمال المشابهة للرق " ، وعلى اتفاقيتي منظمة العمل الدولية رقم 29 و105 الخاصتين بمنع العمل الجبري.

(a) On the International Day for the Abolition of Slavery, we express our commitment to the complete eradication of slavery and slavery-like practices.
(أ) بمناسبة اليوم الدولي لإلغاء الرق، نعرب عن التزامنا بالقضاء الكامل على الرق والممارسات المشابهة للرق.

17 - شدد الفريق العامل على أهمية المعلومات القيِّمة والشهادات المؤثرة للغاية التي قدمتها في دوراته المنظمات غير الحكومية وضحايا الأشكال العديدة للرق والممارسات المشابهة للرق. وجرى تمكين البعض منهم من حضور الدورة بمساعدة من صندوق الأمم المتحدة الاستئماني للتبرعات بشأن أشكال الرق المعاصرة.
