More generally, the Sub-Commission may wish to consider continuing the work of the Special Rapporteur on the rights of non-citizens or to appoint a new Special Rapporteur to permit continued reporting and other efforts on human rights problems facing non-citizens and on developments in the international legal protections for noncitizens.
35- وبشكل أعم، حبذا لو فكرت اللجنة الفرعية في استمرار عمل المقرر الخاص المعني بحقوق غير المواطنين، أو في تعيين مقرر خاص جديد لإتاحة مواصلة الإبلاغ عن المشاكل المتصلة بحقوق الإنسان التي يواجهها غير المواطنين والجهود الأخرى المبذولة في هذا الشأن، وعن التطورات التي تطرأ على أنواع الحماية القانونية الدولية لغير المواطنين.

26. With regard to the question of the representative of Japan concerning the advisability of using the totality of the United Nations system to solve human rights problems in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, he said that United Nations entities should mainstream human rights into their work and were about to adopt measures on key issues in that respect.
