(a) The joint staff/management machinery provided for in regulation 8.2 shall consist of:
(أ) يتألف الجهاز المشترك للموظفين والإدارة، المنصوص عليه في البند 8/2 من النظام الأساسي للموظفين مما يلي:

(d) A chairperson may be removed from a Joint Appeals Board by the Secretary-General upon recommendation of the joint staff/management machinery in respect of the staff representative body or bodies of the duty station at which the Board is established.
(د) يجوز للأمين العام عزل أي من الرؤساء من مجلس الطعون المشترك بناء على توصية الجهاز المشترك للموظفين والإدارة ذي الصلة بالهيئة أو الهيئات الممثلة للموظفين في مركز العمل المنشأ فيه المجلس.

(d) A chairperson may be removed from a Joint Appeals Board by the Secretary-General upon recommendation of the joint staff/management machinery in respect of the staff representative body or bodies of the duty station at which the Board is established. The members appointed by the Secretary-General may be removed by him.
(د) يجوز للأمين العام عزل أي من الرؤساء من مجلس الطعون المشترك بناء على توصية الجهاز المشترك للموظفين والإدارة ذي الصلة بالهيئة أو الهيئات الممثلة للموظفين في مركز العمل المنشأ فيه المجلس ويجوز، للأمين العام عزل الأعضاء المعينين من قبله.
