27. Ecuador firmly supported the inalienable right of all parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination in accordance with the obligations set out in the Treaty.
27 - وأردف قائلا إن إكوادور تدعم بحزم الحق غير القابل للتصرف لجميع أطراف المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث الطاقة النووية وإنتاجها واستخدامها للأغراض السلمية دون تمييز وفقا للالتزامات الواردة في المعاهدة.

It must also be emphasized that full implementation of article IV was essential for realizing the object and purposes of the Treaty and that any interpretation that would affect the inalienable right of all Parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination must be rejected.
ويجب أن يشدد أيضا على أن التنفيذ الكامل للمادة الرابعة جوهري لتحقيق هدف المعاهدة ومقاصدها ورفض أي تفسير يؤثر على الحق غير القابل للتصرف لجميع الأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية للأغراض السلمية دون تمييز.

2. The Conference reaffirms that nothing in the Treaty shall be interpreted as affecting the inalienable right of all the parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination and in conformity with articles I, II and III of the Treaty.
2 - ويؤكد المؤتمر من جديد على أنه لا يوجد في الاتفاقية ما يمكن تفسيره بما يفيد الإخلال بالحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف التي تتمتع بها جميع الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية في الأغراض السلمية، دون أي تمييز، ووفقا للمواد الأولى والثانية والثالثة من المعاهدة.

2. 2 - ويؤكد المؤتمر من جديد على أنه لا يوجد في الاتفاقية ما يمكن تفسيره بما يفيد الإخلال بالحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف التي تتمتع بها جميع الأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية في الأغراض السلمية، دون أي تمييز، ووفقا للمواد الأولى والثانية والثالثة من المعاهدة.

2 - ويؤكد المؤتمر من جديد على أنه لا يوجد في الاتفاقية ما يمكن تفسيره بما يفيد الإخلال بالحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف التي تتمتع بها جميع الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية في الأغراض السلمية، دون أي تمييز، ووفقا للمادتين الأولى والثانية من المعاهدة.

21. Algeria stressed the importance of full respect for the inalienable right of all States parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes in accordance with article IV of the Treaty.
21 - واختتم بقوله إن الجزائر تشدد على أهمية الاحترام التام للحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف للدول الأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث الطاقة النووية وإنتاجها واستخدامها في الأغراض السلمية وفقا للمادة الرابعة من الاتفاقية.

14. Reaffirm the right of all States parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination and in conformity with articles I, II and III of the Treaty, and support the work of IAEA in assisting States, particularly developing countries, in the peaceful use of nuclear energy.
14 - إعادة تأكيد حق جميع الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية للأغراض السلمية دون تمييز ووفقا للمواد الأولى والثانية والثالثة من المعاهدة، ودعم عمل الوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية في مساعدة الدول، ولا سيما البلدان النامية، في مجال الاستخدام السلمي للطاقة النووية.

27. Article IV of the Treaty recognizes " the inalienable right of all the parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination and in conformity with articles I and II of this Treaty " .
٢٧ - تعترف المادة الرابعة من المعاهدة " بالحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف لجميع الدول اﻷطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث وانتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية لﻷغراض النووية دون أي تمييز ووفقا للمادتين اﻷولى والثانية من المعاهدة " .

197. The Ministers of NAM States Parties to the NPT emphasized once more that nothing in the Treaty shall be interpreted as affecting the inalienable right of all the parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination and in conformity with Articles I and II of the Treaty.
197- أكد وزراء دول حركة عدم الانحياز الأطراف في معاهدة عدم الانتشار مرة أخرى أنه ليس هناك في المعاهدة ما يمكن تفسيره بأنه يؤثر على الحق غير القابل للتصرف لجميع الدول الأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث الطاقة النووية وإنتاجها واستخدامها في الأغراض السلمية دون تمييز وفقاً للمادتين الأولى والثانية من المعاهدة.

12. Underlines that the NPT recognizes in Article IV the inalienable right of the Parties to the Treaty to develop research, production and use of nuclear energy for peaceful purposes without discrimination and in conformity with Articles I and II, and recalls in this context Article III of the NPT and Article II of the IAEA Statute;
12 - يشدد على أن معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية تقر في مادتها الرابعة بالحق الثابت للأطراف في المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث وإنتاج واستخدام الطاقة النووية في الأغراض السلمية دونما تمييز، وبما يتفق مع المادتين الأولى والثانية من المعاهدة، ويشير في هذا السياق إلى المادة الثالثة من معاهدة عدم انتشار الأسلحة النووية والمادة الثانية من النظام الأساسي للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية؛

11. In accordance with article IV of the Treaty and article II of the statute of IAEA, we reaffirm our support for the inalienable right of all parties to the Treaty to develop research, produce and use nuclear energy for peaceful purposes, without discrimination and in conformity with articles I, II and III of the Treaty.
11 - وفقا للمادة الرابعة من المعاهدة، والمادة الثانية من النظام الأساسي للوكالة الدولية للطاقة الذرية، نعيد تأكيد تأييدنا للحق غير القابل للتصرف لجميع أطراف المعاهدة في تطوير بحوث الطاقة النووية وإنتاجها واستخدامها في الأغراض السلمية، دون تمييز وبما يتماشى مع المواد الأولى والثانية والثالثة من المعاهدة.
