545. The situation in relation to the administration of juvenile justice, and in particular its lack of compatibility with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention, as well as with other relevant international standards, is a matter of concern to the Committee.

745. The situation in relation to the administration of juvenile justice and in particular its compatibility with articles 37, 39 and 40 of the Convention, as well as other relevant international standards, is a matter of concern.
٥٤٧ - ويعتبر الوضع فيما يتصل بإدارة قضاء اﻷحداث، وخصوصا مسألة توافقه مع المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ من الاتفاقية ومع المعايير الدولية اﻷخرى ذات الصلة من اﻷمور المثيرة للقلق.

In this reform the State party should take fully into account the provisions of the Convention, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, as well as other relevant international standards in this area, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of Their Liberty.
وفي عملية الاصلاح القانوني تلك، ينبغي أن تأخذ الدولة الطرف بعين الاعتبار أحكام الاتفاقية، وخصوصا المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ وكذلك المعايير الدولية اﻷخرى ذات الصلة في هذا المجال، مثل قواعد بيجينغ، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة بشأن حماية اﻷحداث المجردين من حريتهم.

(b) To study the possibility of amending its legislation in order to bring it into line with the Declaration and the other relevant international standards accepted by that State.
)ب( النظر في إمكانية تعديل تشريعها وجعله متمشيا مع اﻹعلان ومع المعايير الدولية اﻷخرى ذات الصلة التي قبلتها الدولة.

In this regard, the Committee recommends that the State party should ensure that the legislative measures adopted are in conformity with the Convention, in particular article 17, and with other relevant international norms.
وفي هذا الشأن، توصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بأن تكفل توافق التدابير التشريعية المعتمدة مع أحكام الاتفاقية، ولا سيما مع المادة 17 منها، ومع المعايير الدولية الأخرى ذات الصلة.

٢٨١- ومما يثير قلق اللجنة حالة نظام إدارة شؤون قضاء اﻷحداث وبخاصة مدى توافقه مع المواد ٧٣ و٩٣ و٠٤ من الاتفاقية ومع المعايير الدولية اﻷخرى ذات الصلة مثل قواعد بيجين ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.

٨٧٢ - وفي ميدان إقامة العدل لﻷحداث، توصي اللجنة بمتابعة الاصلاح القانوني، وبأخذ الاتفاقية في الاعتبار بشكل كامل، وبوجه خاص المواد ٧٣ و ٩٣ و ٠٤، وكذلك المعايير الدولية اﻷخرى ذات الصلة في هذا الميدان، من مثل قواعد بيجين، ومبادئ الرياض التوجيهية، وقواعد اﻷمم المتحدة لحماية اﻷحداث المحرومين من حريتهم.

In the field of the administration of juvenile justice, the Committee recommends that the current legal reform take fully into account the Convention, in particular articles 37, 39 and 40, and that other relevant international standards in this field, such as the Beijing Rules, the Riyadh Guidelines and the United Nations Rules for the Protection of Juveniles Deprived of their Liberty be seen as a guide in this revision.
