22- تلتزم التشريعات المصرية بتطبيق كافة المعايير الواردة في العهد الدولي للحقوق المدنية والسياسية (مادة 6 و14)، واتفاقية حقوق الطفل (مادة 37) بالنسبة لاحترام المعايير الدنيا المتصلة بعقوبة الإعدام وتطبيقها بفعالية ويوضح المرفق (2) هذه المعايير.
