35. Pursuant to article 8 of the Constitution, " citizens are equal before the law and enjoy the same fundamental freedoms under the protection of the law without discrimination on the basis of sex, level of education, financial situation, origin, race, religious belief or opinion " .

The Criminal Law stipulates that " a State official who illegally deprives a citizen of his or her freedom of religious belief or who infringes the customs or habits of ethnic minorities shall, if the case is serious, be sentenced to imprisonment of two years or less or placed under criminal detention " .
ويقضي القانون الجنائي أن " يُعاقب كل موظف من موظفي الدولة يحرم مواطناً بصورة غير مشروعة من حرية المعتقد الديني أو ينتهك أعرافاً وعادات الأقليات العرقية، في الحالة الخطيرة، بالسجن لمدة سنتين أو أقل أو بوضعه رهن الاحتجاز الجنائي " .

5. Islam, the religion of the Moroccan State under its Constitution, requires respect for the physical and moral integrity of the individual and gives pride of place to social values based on tolerance and coexistence irrespective of political affiliation, religious belief or the ethnic or social origins of the individuals in society.

56. Dissemination of religious beliefs or convictions is not prohibited under the Turkish law. To the contrary, prohibition of expression or dissemination of religious belief through coercion or threat constitutes an offence.
56- ولا يحظر القانون التركي نشر المعتقدات أو الاقتناعات الدينية، بل على العكس من ذلك، فالقانون يجرّم منع أحد، بالإكراه أو التهديد، من التعبير عن المعتقد الديني أو من نشره.
