It also notes that international regulations concerning the use of unsolicited messages (spam) and the privacy of personal information and communications have been infringed since the project is based on the illegal capture of data from Cuban users and the mass transmission of short message service (SMS) messages to their cellular telephones, without their knowledge or prior consent.
