36 - تدعو مؤتمر الأمم المتحدة للتجارة والتنمية وصندوق النقد الدولي والبنك الدولي إلى القيام، بالتعاون مع اللجان الإقليمية ومصارف التنمية وغيرها من المؤسسات المالية المعنية المتعددة الأطراف وأصحاب المصلحة المتعددين ذوي الصلة، إلى مواصلة وتكثيف التعاون في ما يتصل بأنشطة بناء القدرات في البلدان النامية في مجال إدارة الديون والقدرة على تحمل الديون؛
