The issue of evictions warrants particular attention in Mexico and requires multi-sectoral and multi-stakeholder approaches. The Special Rapporteur recommends the establishment of a task force to examine eviction issues, involving the National Commission on housing, the National Human Rights Commission, legislators and civil society groups.
