It was therefore recommended that the General Assembly decide to extend its intergovernmental process on strengthening and enhancing the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system to its sixty-seventh session.
ومن ثم يُوصَى بأن تقوم الجمعية العامة بتمديد فترة ولاية العملية المعنية بتدعيم وتعزيز فعالية أداء نظام هيئات معاهدات حقوق الإنسان إلى دورتها السابعة والستين.

It is therefore recommended that the General Assembly decide to extend the intergovernmental process of the General Assembly on strengthening and enhancing the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system to the sixty-seventh session of the General Assembly.

5. Expresses appreciation to Member States that have made voluntary contributions to the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime in support of the work of the Judicial Group on strengthening Judicial Integrity;
5- يعرب عن تقديره للدول الأعضاء التي قدّمت إلى مكتب الأمم المتحدة المعني بالمخدرات والجريمة تبرعات لدعم العمل الذي تقوم به المجموعة القضائية المعنية بتدعيم نزاهة القضاء؛

Therefore, on 23 February 2012, the General Assembly adopted resolution 66/254, sponsored by the Russian Federation, on an intergovernmental process of the General Assembly on strengthening and enhancing the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system.
وقد اتخذت لذلك الجمعية العامة القرار 66/254 المؤرخ 23 شباط/فبراير 2012، الذي قدمه الاتحاد الروسي بشأن العملية الحكومية الدولية التابعة للجمعية العامة المعنية بتدعيم وتعزيز فعالية أداء نظام الهيئات المنشأة بموجب معاهدات حقوق الإنسان.

5. Requests the President of the General Assembly to establish appropriate channels of communication with the President of the Human Rights Council regarding the open-ended intergovernmental process on strengthening and enhancing the effective functioning of the human rights treaty body system referred to in paragraph 1 above;
