The application of ratified Conventions is supervised in the ILO by the Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations (CEACR), a body of independent experts from around the world, which meets annually.

That meeting was also organized by the Foundation and included members of the Committee and the ILO Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations, and representatives of the Secretariat and the Foundation.

2. Issues raised by the ILOC Committee on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations

In 1998 the Czech Republic submitted reports on the implementation of Conventions Nos. 100, 132 and 155 to the ILO Committee of Experts on the Application of Conventions and Recommendations.
