In 1992, Mr. Rhodes returned to the Cost-of-Living Division as Deputy Chief and, in 1995, was appointed Chief of that Division and Secretary of the Commission's Advisory Committee on Post Adjustment Questions.

F. Post adjustment matters: report of the Advisory Committee on Post Adjustment Questions (ACPAQ) on its twenty-sixth session 277. ICSC had before it the report of ACPAQ on its twenty-sixth session, which was held from 9 to 16 February 2004 at the headquarters of WHO in Geneva.

a. Formulation of policies and procedures regarding salaries, pensions, allowances and other entitlements within the Organization through substantive participation in meetings of the International Civil Service Commission, the Advisory Committee on Post Adjustment Questions and the Consultative Committee on Administrative Questions and coordination of such policies and procedures with other organizations of the common system;
أ - القيام بصياغة السياسات واﻹجراءات فيما يتعلق بالمرتبات والمعاشات التقاعدية والبدلات والاستحقاقات اﻷخرى داخل المنظمة، عن طريق الاشتراك بصورة أساسية في اجتماعات لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية واللجنة الاستشارية المعنية بمسائل تسوية مقر العمل واللجنة الاستشارية المعنية بالمسائل اﻹدارية، وتنسيق هذه السياسات واﻹجراءات مع المنظمات اﻷخرى في النظام الموحد؛

(b) To request the Advisory Committee on Post Adjustment Questions to review statistical methods recommended in the present report to determine their appropriateness for establishing equivalencies and calculating the net remuneration margin, and to report to the Commission at its seventy-second session;
