26. The High Commissioner informed the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its twenty—third session (1998) of her decision to make the question of trafficking in women and children a priority of her Office.

1- تحيط علماً مع الارتياح باشتراك ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية المموّل من صندوق الأمم المتحدة الاستئماني للتبرعات بشأن أشكال الرق المعاصرة ولمساهمتهم القيّمة في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في دورته الرابعة والعشرين؛

Notes with satisfaction the participation of the representatives of non—governmental organizations financed by the United Nations Voluntary Trust Fund on Contemporary Forms of Slavery and their valuable contribution to the work of the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its twenty—third session;
١- تلاحظ مع الارتياح اشتراك ممثلي المنظمات غير الحكومية الممولة من صندوق اﻷمم المتحدة الاستئماني للتبرعات بشأن أشكال الرق المعاصرة ولمساهمتهم القيّمة في أعمال الفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في دورته الثالثة والعشرين؛

Governments, non-governmental organizations and United Nations bodies and organizations were called upon to participate in the work of the twenty-sixth session of the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery, in 2001, which would focus on the issue of trafficking.
ودعت الحكومات والمنظمات غير الحكومية وهيئات ومنظمات الأمم المتحدة للمشاركة في أعمال الدورة السادسة والعشرين للفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في عام 2001، التي ستعنى بمسألة الاتجار.

The Law Group organized a panel at a special meeting of the United Nations Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery in Geneva on 21-22 June 1999.

3. All the issues that will be dealt with in the reports by other States Members of the United Nations and that will be discussed by the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its twentieth session, from 19 to 28 April 1995, are the result of crimes organized more or less nationally or internationally.
٣- إن جميع القضايا التي ستعالج في التقارير المقدمة من الدول اﻷخرى اﻷعضاء في اﻷمم المتحدة والتي سيناقشها الفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في دورته العشرين من ٩١ إلى ٨٢ نيسان/ أبريل ٥٩٩١، ناتجة إلى حد كبير عن نشاط عصابات اﻹجرام المنظم على الصعيد الوطني أو الدولي.

At the present session, the Subcommission will have before it the draft programme of action on the prevention of traffic in persons and exploitation of the prostitution of others, as revised by the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its twentieth session (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1995/28/Add.1)
١٦٢- وسيعرض على اللجنة الفرعية في الدورة الحالية مشروع برنامج العمل لمنع الاتجار باﻷشخاص واستغلال بغاء الغير بصيغته المنقحة من جانب الفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في دورته العشرين (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1995/28/Add.1).

In its resolution 1991/37, the Sub-Commission endorsed the draft programme of action for the prevention of traffic in persons and the exploitation of the prostitution of others, drawn up by the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its sixteenth session (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1991/41, annex I).
34- وقد أيدت اللجنة الفرعية، في قرارها 1991/37، مشروع برنامج العمل لمنع الاتجار بالأشخاص واستغلال بغاء الغير، الذي وضعه الفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في دورته السادسة عشرة (E/CN.4/Sub.2/1991/41، المرفق الأول).

Emphasizes the need for contributions to the Fund on a regular basis and, if possible, before the end of the current year, in order to enable the Board of Trustees to recommend grants to assist representatives of organizations to participate in the deliberations of the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its twenty—fourth session and to finance projects of humanitarian assistance by non—governmental organizations in the field;
٧- تؤكد على الحاجة إلى أن تُقدﱠم التبرعات إلى الصندوق على أساس منتظم وأن تُقدﱠم، ما أمكن، قبل انتهاء العام الجاري بغية تمكين أمناء الصندوق من التوصية بتقديم منح لمساعدة ممثلي المنظمات على الاشتراك في مداولات الفريق العامل المعني بأشكال الرق المعاصرة في دورته الرابعة والعشرين، وتمويل مشاريع المساعدة اﻹنسانية التي تقوم بها المنظمات غير الحكومية في الميدان؛

The Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery at its twenty—second session from 2 to 11 June 1997 examined the recommendations of the Board and heard two members of the Board who participated at their own expense and five persons who represented six NGOs financed by the Fund (see E/CN.4/Sub.2/1997/13, paras. 28-36).

30. The unexpended balance arising from the discontinuation of the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery in 2006-2007 was relinquished in the context of the second performance report for the biennium 2006-2007.

Romania received the visits of the Special Rapporteur on the human rights of migrants in June 2009 and the Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Slavery in December 2010.

93. The Special Rapporteur expressed her concerns in this regard in her recent report to the General Assembly, following reports that had been made to the Working Group on Contemporary Forms of Slavery in June 1999.
