At the request of the Coordinator on Clearance and Article 4, Mr. Gerfried Elias, Colonel, the Implementation Support Unit made a presentation on the High Contracting Parties that appeared to be implementing Article 4, those that had reported on other matters and those on which there was insufficient information.
