In its decision 11/117 of 18 June 2009, the Human Rights Council decided that all the reports adopted by the Working Group on the Universal Periodic Review at its fourth and fifth sessions were to be issued as official documents in all official languages and recalled that the Working Group was entrusted with the authority to decide on the adoption of reports that exceptionally exceeded the word limits.
