In order to avoid duplication of efforts, it invited the GEF to ensure that the technical support programme works closely with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communication from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention.
ولتفادي ازدواج الجهود، دعا مؤتمر الأطراف مرفق البيئة العالمية إلى ضمان عمل برنامج الدعم التقني على نحو وثيق مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية.

Invite submissions from Parties and input from the Least Developed Countries Expert Group (LEG), the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communication from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE) and the Expert Group on Technology Transfer (EGTT) on availability, accessibility and ways to promote development and dissemination of methods and tools with a view to identifying:

Terms of reference of the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention

The TDTB is invited to cooperate closely with the other expert groups constituted under the Convention, especially the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communication from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE), with the aim of coordinating activities relating to TNAs and national communications.
(ط) يُدعى مجلس تطوير ونقل التكنولوجيا إلى التعاون بشكل وثيق مع أفرقة الخبراء الأخرى المشكَّلة في إطار الاتفاقية، ولا سيما فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية، بهدف تنسيق الأنشطة المتعلقة بعمليات تقييم الاحتياجات للتكنولوجيا والبلاغات الوطنية.

The information presented in this document could also serve as an input to the work conducted by the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communication from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE) on examination of initial national communications to be presented for consideration by the SBI at its twenty-fourth session (May 2006).
ويمكن أيضاً الاستفادة من المعلومات الواردة في هذه الوثيقة بوصفها مساهمة في الأعمال التي يقوم بها فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية الواردة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية بشأن النظر في البلاغات الوطنية الأولية المزمع تقديمها إلى الهيئة الفرعية للتنفيذ لكي تنظر فيها خلال دورتها الحادية عشرة (أيار/مايو 2006).

25. On cooperation with the Consultative Group of Experts on National Communications from Parties not included in Annex I to the Convention (CGE), the LEG decided that that its Chair should meet with the Chair of the CGE to discuss areas of cooperation.
25- وفيما يتعلق بالتعاون مع فريق الخبراء الاستشاري المعني بالبلاغات الوطنية المقدمة من الأطراف غير المدرجة في المرفق الأول بالاتفاقية، قرر فريق الخبراء المعني بأقل البلدان نمواً أن يجتمع رئيسه مع رئيس فريق الخبراء الاستشاري لمناقشة مجالات التعاون.
