32 - نفّذت الأرجنتين برنامجا يُنمي الوعي ويوفر تدريبا بشأن حقوق النساء ذوات الإعاقة لفائدة أعضاء المجلس الوطني المعني بالنساء واللجنة الاستشارية الوطنية لإدماج الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

55. Also in the same vein, I made a speech in Cairo in May 2006 at the regional meeting on women with disabilities, advocating for the rights of women with disabilities in the Arab world -- a part of the world that is only beginning to pay attention to the needs of women with disabilities.
55 - وفي هذا السياق نفسه أيضا، ألقيت كلمة في أيار/مايو 2006 في القاهرة أثناء الاجتماع الإقليمي المعني بالنساء ذوات الإعاقة، دعوت فيها إلى إعمال حقوق النساء ذوات الإعاقة في العالم العربي - وهو جزء من العالم بدأ للتو الاهتمام باحتياجات النساء ذوات الإعاقة.

The working group on women and girls with disabilities (art. 6), introduced a general outline of the draft general comment, which was endorsed by the Committee.

وَنظّم موئل الأمم المتحدة واليونيفيم بالتعاون مع البرنامج الدولي المعني بالنساء في المدن، ياغوري، ولجنة هوايرو وشركاء دوليون ومحليون آخرون متعددون لمتابعة ما تم بشأن هذه المذكرة، ونظموا المؤتمر الدولي الثالث المعني بسلامة المرأة في نيودلهي، خلال الفترة من 22 إلى 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2010.

The Working Group on women and girls with disabilities (article 6), which is mandated to draft a general comment on the situation of women and girls with disabilities, agreed on its working methods and on a time frame for the adoption of a draft general comment, as well as on the general structure of that comment.

UNESCO efforts to promote gender equality and women's empowerment are guided by the Beijing Platform for Action, the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, Security Council resolution 1325 (2000), on women and peace and security, and other resolutions and international and regional human rights instruments relevant to UNESCO areas of action.
وتسترشد اليونسكو في جهودها الرامية إلى تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين وتمكين المرأة، بمنهاج عمل بيجين، واتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، وقرار مجلس الأمن 1325 (2000) المعني بالنساء والسلام والأمن، وسائر القرارات وصكوك حقوق الإنسان الدولية والإقليمية المتصلة بمجالات عمل اليونسكو.
