Takes note of the developments at the Consultative Meeting on a Coalition of Resources for Science and Technology for Development and the recommendation of the Economic and Social Council that the Commission on Science and Technology for Development provide a forum for exchanging views and interaction among partners of different networks and coordination schemes;

Key issues identified since the 6MSP by the Resource Mobilisation Contact Group include the following:

A. Informal consultative group on resource mobilization

The sub-working group on resource mobilization has been established to facilitate inter-agency consultations on key areas where systemic limitations or variations in capacity may exist.

46. At the meeting of the Inter-Agency Standing Committee in April 1996, seven priority areas were identified for consideration by the sub-working group on resource mobilization.

Further, the Director-General has, in consultation with the Informal Consultative Group on resource mobilization, established by the Commission in 1996, undertaken preliminary discussions with some delegations about the establishment of a donor group for crime prevention activities and the functions of the Programme Support Service of the United Nations International Drug Control Programme have been extended to the Centre.

2. The informal consultative group on resource mobilization was established in l996 in response to Commission resolution 5/3.

وصدرت خلاصة وافية لمشاريع التعاون التقني بعنوان " المساعدة التقنية في مجال منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية: لماذا وكيف ومتى؟ " والتي تضم كذلك معلومات قدمها الفريق الاستشاري غير الرسمي المعني بتعبئة الموارد.

The conferences of the parties in the 2011 synergies decisions approved synergy activity S16 on resource mobilization.

2. Welcomes the work done by the informal consultative group on resource mobilization in accordance with resolution 5/3 of 31 May 1996 of the Commission on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice;180

47. The Informal Consultative Group on resource mobilization continues to encourage Member States to examine the list of unfunded project proposals compiled by the Centre and to review their funding policies for development assistance with a view to including crime prevention and criminal justice in such assistance.
٧٤ - ويواصل الفريق الاستشاري غير الرسمي المعني بتعبئة الموارد تشجيع الدول اﻷعضاء على أن تدرس القائمة التي أعدها المركز بمقترحات المشاريع وأن تعيد النظر في سياساتها التمويلية الخاصة بالمساعدة الانمائية بهدف أن تدرج منع الجريمة والعدالة الجنائية في تلك المساعدة .

In its resolution 6/1, section II, the Commission expressed its appreciation to the members of the informal consultative group on resource mobilization and decided that the group should also serve as a mechanism for resource mobilization and coordination of activities in the area of technical assistance, as envisaged in Commission resolution 5/2, paragraph 15.

The Resource Mobilisation Contact Group should continue to develop a programme of work that places a clear focus on mine action efficiency and effectiveness.
54- ينبغي أن يستمر فريق الاتصال المعني بتعبئة الموارد في وضع برنامج عمل يوجّه اهتماماً واضحاً إلى كفاءة وفعالية الأعمال المتعلقة بالألغام.
