The Committee welcomes the measures to strengthen the National Institute to Combat Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI).

4. Since 1995, a public body, the National Institute to Combat Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism, had been engaged in combating all manifestations of oppression and intolerance through education, information and dialogue.

4 - اضطلع المعهد الوطني لمكافحة التمييز وكراهية الأجانب والعنصرية بأنشطة لتسليط الضوء على الفئات الضعيفة منذ أمد بعيد وللتوعية داخل المجتمع ذاته بعدم التمييز وباحترام التنوع.

4. Since its establishment, the National Institute to Combat Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI) has carried out activities to raise the profile of historically vulnerable groups and to raise awareness within society about nondiscrimination and respect for diversity.
4 - يضطلع المعهد الوطني لمكافحة التمييز وكراهية الأجانب والعنصرية، منذ إنشائه، بأنشطة لتسليط الضوء على الفئات الضعيفة منذ أمد بعيد وللتوعية داخل المجتمع ذاته بعدم التمييز وباحترام التنوع.

5. The Argentine Government states that on 5 July 1995 the Congress adopted Act No. 24,515 establishing the National Institute to Combat Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI), as a decentralized entity under the Ministry of the Interior (see annex).
٥- تشير حكومة اﻷرجنتين إلى قيام الكونغرس في ٥ تموز/يوليه ٥٩٩١ بالموافقة على القانون رقم ٥١٥٤٢ بشأن إنشاء المعهد الوطني لمكافحة العنصرية والتمييز العنصري وكراهية اﻷجانب، بوصفه كيانا لا مركزيا تابعا لوزارة الداخلية )انظر المرفق(.

The National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism has also screened school manuals for negative stereotyping and has produced texts and audiovisual materials to combat discrimination and promote cultural diversity.

It also coordinates actions, content and proposals for individual projects, within the structure of the National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism and other State agencies, social movements and civil society organizations, promoting actions that allow for maximum coordination and dissemination of anti-discrimination policies.
ويقوم أيضاً بتنسيق الإجراءات والمضامين والمقترحات المتعلقة بالمشاريع الفردية، وذلك ضمن هيكل المعهد الوطني لمكافحة التمييز وكره الأجانب والعنصرية وسائر الوكالات الحكومية، والحركات الاجتماعية ومنظمات المجتمع المدني، معززاً العمل على تحقيق تنسيق سياسات مكافحة التمييز ونشرها على أوسع نطاق ممكن.

36. The National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism carried out the following activities, among others:

Act No. 24,515 established the National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI) as a decentralized body under the jurisdiction of the Executive.
وأنشأ القانون رقم 24515 المعهد الوطني لمكافحة التمييز وكراهية الأجانب والعنصرية كهيئة لا مركزية تخضع لاختصاص الجهاز التنفيذي في الحكومة.

A 1995 act created the National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism to prepare national policies and specific actions to combat these phenomena.

5. In Argentina, the National Institute against Discrimination, Xenophobia and Racism (INADI) was created in 1995 with the mandate of promoting social and cultural pluralism and combating discriminatory actions.
