(a) A staff member who holds a temporary appointment shall accrue annual leave while in full pay status at the rate of one and a half days per month, subject to the provisions of staff rule 5.3 (e) unless otherwise provided by the Secretary-General.
(أ) يستحق الموظف المعين تعيينا مؤقتا إجــازة سنويــة عندما يكون له مركـز الموظف الـذي يتقاضى مرتبـا كامـلا، بمعدل يوم ونصف يوم عن كل شهر، رهنا بأحكام القاعدة 5-3 (هـ) من النظام الإداري للموظفين، ما لم يقرر الأمين العام خلاف ذلك.

(a) A staff member who holds a temporary appointment shall accrue annual leave while in full pay status at the rate of 1 1/2 days per month, subject to the provisions of staff rule 5.3 (e) unless otherwise provided by the Secretary-General.
(أ) يستحق الموظف المعين تعيينا مؤقتا إجــازة سنويــة عندما يكون له مركـز الموظف الـذي يتقاضى مرتبـا كامـلا، بمعدل يوم ونصف يوم عن كل شهر، رهنا بأحكام القاعدة 5-3 (هـ) من النظام الإداري للموظفين، ما لم يقرر الأمين العام خلاف ذلك.

(b) A staff member who holds a temporary appointment may accumulate and carry forward up to 18 working days of annual leave by 1 April of any year or such other date as the Secretary-General may set for a duty station, subject to staff rule 4.12 (b).
(ب)يجوز للموظف المعين تعيينا مؤقتا أن يجمع ويرحل ما لا يزيد عن 18 يوم عمل من الإجازة السنوية حتى 1 نيسان/أبريل من أي عام أو حتى أي تاريخ آخر قد يحدده الأمين العام لمركز عمل ما، وذلك رهنا بأحكام القاعدة 4-12 (ب) من النظام الإداري للموظفين.

(b) A staff member who holds a temporary appointment may accumulate and carry forward up to eighteen working days of annual leave by 1 April of any year or such other date as the Secretary-General may set for a duty station, subject to staff rule 4.12 (b).
(ب)يجوز للموظف المعين تعيينا مؤقتا أن يجمع ويرحل ما لا يزيد عن ثمانية عشر يوم عمل من الإجازة السنوية حتى 1 نيسان/أبريل من أي عام أو حتى أي تاريخ آخر قد يحدده الأمين العام لمركز عمل ما، وذلك رهنا بأحكام القاعدة 4-12 (ب) من النظام الإداري للموظفين.
