(p) Expresses appreciation for the initiative of the High Commissioner in proposing the establishment of an Inspector of Operational Activities, and in the light of the comments of ACABQ, requests the High Commissioner to pursue vigorously improved oversight of operational activities through appropriate mechanisms and keep the Subcommittee on Administrative and Financial Matters informed;
)ع( تعرب عن تقديرها لمبادرة المفوضة السامية باقتراح انشاء وظيفة مفتش لﻷنشطة التنفيذية وتطلب، في ضوء تعليقات اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الادارة والميزانية، من المفوضة السامية أن تواصل بحزم تحسين الاشراف على اﻷنشطة التنفيذية باﻵليات المناسبة مع موالاة اطلاع اللجنة الفرعية المعنية بالمسائل الادارية والمالية على ذلك؛

9. Reaffirms the importance of ensuring universality, objectivity and nonselectivity in the consideration of human rights issues, and requests the High Commissioner to continue ensuring that the fulfilment of her mandate and that of the Office is guided by these principles;
9- تؤكد مجدداً أهمية ضمان الطابع العالمي والموضوعي واللاإنتقائي في النظر في قضايا حقوق الإنسان، وتطلب من المفوضة السامية أن تواصل الاسترشاد بهذه المبادئ في الاضطلاع بولايتها وبولاية المفوضية السامية؛

21. In its resolution 10/1, the Council requested the High Commissioner to continue to prepare and submit to the Council an annual report on the question of the realization in all countries of economic, social and cultural rights.
21- طلب المجلس في قراره 10/1 إلى المفوضة السامية أن تواصل إعداد وتقديم تقرير سنوي إلى المجلس حول مسألة إعمال الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية في البلدان كافة.

10. Requests the High Commissioner to continue to prepare and submit to the Council an annual report on the question of the realization in all countries of economic, social and cultural rights under agenda item 3;
