5- تطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تعد تقريراً تحليلياً يقدم معلومات تكميلية عن أفضل الممارسات فيما يتعلق بالاستنكاف الضميري من الخدمة العسكرية، مستعينةً في ذلك بجميع المصادر الملائمة، وأن تقدم هذا التقرير إلى اللجنة في دورتها الثانية والستين، في إطار البند ذاته من جدول الأعمال.

3. Further decides to request the Office of the High Commissioner to prepare a summary of the panel discussions, to be submitted to the Working Group on the Right to Development at its twelfth session and to the Human Rights Council at its nineteenth session. "
3- يقرر كذلك أن يطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تعد موجزاً للمناقشات في حلقة النقاش لتقديمها إلى الفريق العامل المعني بالحق في التنمية في دورته الثانية عشرة وإلى المجلس في دورته التاسعة عشرة. "

It also requested OHCHR to prepare a summary of the seminar and to submit it to the Council at its twenty-second session.

14- تطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تعد تجميعاً للوثائق أو النصوص المعتمدة التي استخدمتها شتى المنظمات الحكومية الدولية والمنظمات الدولية والإقليمية ودون الإقليمية بهدف تعزيز الديمقراطية وتوطيدها، وأن تقدم تقريراً إلى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والستين؛

8. Also requests the Office of the High Commissioner to prepare a report, to be presented to the Council at its fifteenth session, on the use of forensic experts in case of gross violations of human rights with a view to identifying trends and best practices in this regard;
8- يطلب أيضاً إلى المفوضية السامية أن تعد تقريراً تقدمه إلى المجلس في دورته الخامسة عشرة، تتناول فيه استخدام خبراء الطب الشرعي في حالة الانتهاكات الصارخة لحقوق الإنسان بهدف تحديد الاتجاهات وأفضل الممارسات في هذا الصدد؛

Requests the Office of the High Commissioner to prepare an expert paper, focusing on the lessons learned from existing monitoring mechanisms, possible relevant improvements and possible innovations in monitoring mechanisms for a comprehensive and integral international convention on the protection and promotion of the rights and dignity of persons with disabilities, and to make the paper available to the Ad Hoc Committee at its seventh session;
7- تطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تعد ورقة فنية تركز على الدروس المستفادة من آليات الرصد القائمة وعلى إمكانية إيجاد تحسينات مناسبة وإمكانية إحداث ابتكارات في اتفاقية دولية شاملة متكاملة لحماية وتعزيز حقوق المعوقين وكرامتهم، وأن تتيح الورقة للجنة المخصصة في دورتها السابعة؛

Requests the Office of the High Commissioner to prepare a study on factors that impede equal political participation and on steps to overcome those challenges, while taking into account, inter alia, the relevant work of the special procedures, the treaty bodies and other relevant international human rights mechanisms, and to present the study to the Human Rights Council for consideration at its twenty-seventh session.
6- يطلب إلى المفوضية السامية أن تعد دراسة عن العوامل التي تعيق المشاركة السياسية على قدم المساواة وعن الخطوات التي يجب اتخاذها للتغلب على تلك التحديات، واضعة في اعتبارها، في جملة أمور، أعمال الإجراءات الخاصة وهيئات المعاهدات وآليات حقوق الإنسان الدولية الأخرى ذات الصلة بشأن هذه المسألة، وأن تقدم الدراسة إلى مجلس حقوق الإنسان كي ينظر فيها في دورته السابعة والعشرين.
