رابعا - فحص المعلومات والبيانات التقنية المقدمة من مقدم الطلب

2. The Council, on the basis of the data and information submitted by the applicant, if found satisfactory, and taking into account the recommendation of the Legal and Technical Commission, shall designate the part of the area under application which is to be a reserved area.
٢ - إذا تبين للمجلس أن البيانات والمعلومات المقدمة من مقدم الطلب مرضية، يعيﱢن استنادا إلى ذلك، وآخذا في الاعتبار توصية اللجنة القانونية والتقنية، الجزء الذي سيكون قطاعا محجوزا من القطاع المشمول بالطلب.

Where the information supplied by the applicant is inadequate or where the law is not complied with, the Registrar General advises the applicant accordingly and gives him/her time to rectify the papers.
وحيثما تكون المعلومات المقدمة من مقدم الطلب غير كافية أو حيثما لا يُمتثل للقانون، يبلغ المسجل العام مقدمَ الطلب بذلك ويمنحه الوقت اللازم لتصحيح اﻷوراق.

2 - إذا تبين للمجلس أن البيانات والمعلومات المقدمة من مقدم الطلب مرضية، يعيّن استنادا إلى ذلك، وآخذا في الاعتبار توصية اللجنة القانونية والتقنية، الجزء الذي سيكون قطاعا محجوزا من القطاع المشمول بالطلب.

After deliberations, the Commission decided to defer consideration of the application, in particular on the issues of the data supplied by the applicant and the methodology applied by the technical working group for the calculation of the commercial value of the two areas identified in the application.
وبعد المداولات، قررت اللجنة إرجاء النظر في الطلب، لا سيما فيما يتعلق بمسألتي البيانات المقدمة من مقدم الطلب والمنهجية التي اتبعها الفريق العامل التقني لحساب القيمة التجارية للمنطقتين المشار إليهما في الطلب.

The objection was based on reservation concerning the data supplied by the applicant and the methodology applied by the technical working group for calculating the commercial value of the two areas identified in the application (regulation 12.4, ISBA/18/A/11).
وكان الاعتراض مستندا إلى تحفظ على البيانات المقدمة من مقدم الطلب وعلى المنهجية التي اتبعها الفريق العامل التقني لحساب القيمة التجارية للمنطقتين المشار إليهما في الطلب (المادة 12-4، ISBA/18/A/11).
