٩٤ - وقد اعتمدت لجنة حقوق اﻹنسان، في دورتها الخمسين، القرار ٤٩٩١/٧ الذي طلبت فيه إلى المقرر الخاص أن يقدم إلى اللجنة في دورتها الحادية والخمسين تقريرا عن كل ما يطرأ من تطورات أخرى فيما يتعلق باستخدام المرتزقة، حيثما حدث ذلك.
