10. Invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to give special attention to the following aspects in preparing his reports:

12. Invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to discharge his mandate in a coordinated manner with the Special Adviser of the Secretary General for Myanmar;
12- يدعو المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة الاضطلاع بولايته، وذلك بالتنسيق مع مستشار الأمين العام الخاص لميانمار؛

4. Invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to discharge his mandate in a coordinated manner with the Special Envoy of the Secretary-General for Myanmar;
4- يدعو المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة إنجاز ولايته بالتنسيق مع المبعوث الخاص للأمين العام في ميانمار؛

2. Invites the Special Rapporteur to continue his exchange of views with Member States, United Nations organs and the specialized agencies, other relevant mechanisms and non-governmental organizations in order to further their effectiveness and mutual cooperation;
2 - تدعو المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة تبادل الآراء مع الدول الأعضاء وأجهزة الأمم المتحدة ووكالاتها المتخصصة وغيرها من الآليات ذات الصلة والمنظمات غير الحكومية من أجل تعزيز فعاليتها والتعاون فيما بينها؛

12. Invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to discharge his mandate in a coordinated manner with the Special Adviser of the Secretary General for Myanmar;

3. Expresses its satisfaction that the Commission on Human Rights, in its resolution 1994/12, invited the Special Rapporteur to continue to give special attention to the following aspects in preparing his reports:
٣ - تعرب عن ارتياحها ﻷن لجنة حقوق الانسان، في قرارها ١٩٩٤/١٢، دعت المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة إيلاء اهتمام خاص للجوانب التالية عند إعداد تقاريره:

11. Invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to carry out his task in coordination with the Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues and the Working Group on Indigenous Populations and to take into account their recommendations relevant to his mandate;
11- تدعو المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة الاضطلاع بمهمته بالتنسيق مع المحفل الدائم المعني بقضايا السكان الأصليين والفريق العامل المعني بالسكان الأصليين، وإلى مراعاة توصياتهما المتصلة بولايته؛

In its resolution 22/21, the Council invited the Special Rapporteur to continue to address effective remedy and reparation, including rehabilitation of victims.
ودعا المجلس، في قراره 22/21، المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة تناول مسألة توفير سبل فعالة للانتصاف والجبْر للضحايا، بما في ذلك إعادة تأهيلهم.

17. Also invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to consider questions relating to the torture of children and conditions conducive to such torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and to make appropriate recommendations for the prevention of such torture;
17 - تدعو أيضا المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة النظر في المسائل المتصلة بتعذيب الأطفال والظروف المؤدية إلى مثل هذا الضرب من ضروب التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة، وإلى تقديم توصيات مناسبة للوقاية من هذا الضرب من ضروب التعذيب؛

23. Also invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to consider questions relating to the torture of children and conditions conducive to such torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and to make appropriate recommendations concerning the prevention of such torture;
٣٢- تدعو أيضا المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة النظر في المسائل المتعلقة بتعذيب اﻷطفال واﻷوضاع المؤدية إلى هذا التعذيب وغيره من ضروب المعاملة أو العقوبة القاسية أو اللاإنسانية أو المهينة وإلى تقديم توصيات مناسبة بشأن منع هذا التعذيب؛

14. Also invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to consider questions relating to the torture of children and conditions conducive to such torture and other cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment or punishment and to make appropriate recommendations for the prevention of such torture;

Reiterates the need for the Special Rapporteur to be able to respond effectively, in particular to urgent appeals, to credible and reliable information that comes before him, and invites the Special Rapporteur to continue to seek the views and comments of all concerned, in particular Member States;
20 - تعيد التأكيد على ضرورة أن يتمكن المقرر الخاص من الاستجابة بفعالية، ولا سيما للنداءات العاجلة وللمعلومات الصادقة والموثوق بها التي تعرض عليه، وتدعو المقرر الخاص إلى مواصلة التماس آراء وتعليقات جميع الأطراف المعنية، وبخاصة الدول الأعضاء؛
