13. In the case of Rwanda, the Special Rapporteur appointed at the special session of the Commission on Human Rights in May 1993 had already undertaken three missions to Rwanda, where the situation remained grave despite efforts to stabilize the country.
١٣ - وبدأ بالحديث عن رواندا، فأشار الى أن المقرر الخاص المعين خلال الدورة الاستثنائية للجنة حقوق اﻹنسان التي عقدت في أيار/مايو ١٩٩٣، قام بثلاث مهمات في هذا البلد، حيث ما زالت الحالة تثير القلق الشديد رغم الجهود المبذولة لتوطيد الاستقرار في هذا البلد.

Regarding the Standard Rules on the Equalization of Opportunities for Persons with Disabilities, adopted by the General Assembly in its resolution 48/96, the Commission considered the report presented by the Special Rapporteur appointed to assist the Commission in monitoring the Standard Rules, as set out in section IV of the Rules.
