In order to strengthen the capacity of the Mission to assist the national authorities of the Central African Republic, it is proposed that one Judicial Affairs Officer (P-3) post reflected in the staffing establishment of the Mission's forward headquarters in Abéché be redeployed to the liaison office in Bangui.

The Chief Military Liaison Officer would be supported by the Deputy Chief Military Liaison Officer (P-4), who would be based at the forward headquarters in Abéché and would serve as the operational planner for the deployment of the military liaison officers, oversee the military liaison officers operations at the forward headquarters, prepare reports and assessments and coordinate military liaison activities with relevant actors and stakeholders.

Taking into account the considerable responsibilities of the field offices in the oversight of the contractual engineering support services, it is proposed to redeploy three Site Manager posts (Engineer, Hydrogeologist and Water Sanitation Specialist, all P-3) from the forward headquarters in Abéché to the field offices in Iriba, Farchana and Goz Beïda.
54 - ويقترح، مراعاة للمسؤوليات الضخمة التي تقع على عاتق المكاتب الميدانية فيما يتعلق بالإشراف على خدمات الدعم الهندسي التعاقدية، إعادة توزيع ثلاث وظائف مديري مواقع (مهندس، وأخصائي هيدروجيولوجيا، وأخصائي تنقية المياه، جميعهم من الرتبة ف-3) من المقر المتقدم في أبيشي إلى المكاتب الميدانية في عريبا وفارشانا وقوز بيضا.

63. To increase the efficiency of the Unit, it is proposed to strengthen the currently authorized civilian staffing establishment of 9 Prison Affairs Officers (1 P-5, 1 P-4, 5 P-3, 2 National Officers), and 25 seconded Prison Affairs Officers (formerly Corrections Officers) through the establishment of one Administrative Assistant (national General Service staff) post to be based at the forward headquarters in Abéché.
